Très bon accueil, une équipe très professionnelle et chaleureuse ! On se sent bien pour passer un séjour agréable où chacun y trouvera son compte. 10min à pied du centre ville, mais on est bien au calme, les pieds dans l'eau dans le lagon. Une demi-pension exceptionnelle et des déjeuners extra ! Et pour aller voler en parapente, le téléphérique est aussi très facilement accessible ! Rien de mieux pour un séjour parapente/famille !

Odalar yeni ve çok temizdi. Kaldığımız süre boyunca temizlik konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve inanılmaz doyurucu. Sahil çok temiz ve sahildeki hizmet çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki ve restorandaki çalışan herkes çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü insanlardı. Temizlikçi ablalar dahil tüm personel inanılmaz gerçekten ilgililer. Sonuç olarak mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi diyebilirim.

Sugar Beach Club - our little slice of Costa Rica in Türkiye - was fantastic for a 5 night stay from 30 September to 5 October 2023! (somehow my review did not post in a timely manner so now in December 2023, it’s a bit late) My husband and I stayed in Sugar Beach Club bungalow # A4. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and so quiet! The bed was very nice. The room was equipped with everything (including a refrigerator) you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. The price was such a good value! What a deal. Wow. And thankfully, the location was amazing, away from the overly busy ‘Las Vegas’ style Ölüdeniz Beach town. Easy walk to/from town which we did daily and easy access to hike up over the mountain to the abandoned village of Kayaköy along with parts of the Lycian Way trek (highly recommended!!). On arrival, we were greeted by the nicest young man at the front desk and made to feel so welcomed with how friendly he was to us. Sadly I didn’t get his name but he was great whenever we needed anything over our entire 5 night stay. He and his staff have everything dialed in. We loved our little ‘beach hut’. The porch was lovely to sit outside and read while listening to the sounds of nature. And of course, we are crazy cat people so armed with our bags of cat food, we loved our visitors to our patio. We definitely enjoyed the most AMAZING breakfast (included in the stay) each morning. We spent over a month in Türkiye which most of our stays included a breakfast but this one was top notch! Something for everyone. And prepared by a great kitchen staff that work so hard to satisfy their guests. The menu was fresh, tasty, large and varied with something for everyone, even vegetarians. It’s astonishing to think this is included. The restaurant is managed by such an incredible man, Dincer. He and his staff really care about you, the guests. He was there each morning and greeted us like long lost family! Of course always with a big smile. We absolutely adored one server, a young woman named Ayse. She had a smile on her face each and every time we saw her. And she remembered our names, our likes/dislikes and took the time to engage in conversation. Such a sweet young woman. Plus, she (tried) to teach me how to read my fortune in my Türkish Coffee grounds!! It was a fun experience! Being hotel guests allowed us access to their beach chairs, towels and umbrellas along the Blue Lagoon. We never stay in places like this which made this a big bonus for us. Loved our hours sitting in the sunshine, swimming or paddle boarding in the lagoon. We were taken care of by a great group of young men at beachside. These men work so so hard to make your holiday great! They have the best Mango-Lemon-Tea at beachside. We got to know one young man Ahmet and wow!!! What a gem. Kind, considerate and a very hard worker. He even worked with the restaurant/bar manager Dincer to change out the non-fitting lounge type music to Bob Marley Reggae rhythms so everyone could e

Our hotel had inclusive access to this beach club which cost us 200tl for our transport there and back and our sunloungers. Service was lovely; the staff just keep a tab which you pay at the end, brought drinks to your sun loungers. There is a covered area which is decorated lovely to go and eat food. We seriously overestimated the portion sizes and ended up with quite a bit! But it was all lovely. The chicken pizza was fresh and the nicest I'd had since being in Turkey. We had a share box of snacky bits like onion rings, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and spring rolls which were nice. My partner had a cheeseburger with chips and said it was really nice and well cooked. They had private cabana areas for guests of the sugar beach club exclusively. The actual beach was a little bit disappointing only because it was advertised as being part of the blue lagoon - it was rocky under the water so sea shoes were a must. The water definitely wasn't blue but it was okay enough to have a paddle in. There is a small shop there too which sells pool floaties and toys for kids. Cats everywhere - we didn't mind really. The food and drink definitely made it. The day we went was quite overcast but that can't be helped! I'd be interested to go back on a sunnier day to see if that made any difference.

When we arrived, we were kindly welcomed and told sunbeds were 200L each as we were staying in a hotel that did not do a deal for free entry with them. We managed to haggle them down to 100L as we agreed we would eat & drink there all day. The sun beds were comfortable and waiters took our drink/food order from our sun beds. My husband had the best avocado on toast he had ever tasted. My frozen pina colada was delicious too. The lake is quite shallow and there are rocks on the water bed so swim shoes would help. We could see little schools of fish swimming close by which was really cool. They had activities like SUP and pedalo but we did not use. The toilet facilities were not great, the ladies toilets, one door did not close properly as too big, one toilet flush didn't work and one toilet was fine. There is a play area for children and a gift shop. The music was quite loud & lively, which I didn't really enjoy as I just wanted some peace and quiet. There were lovely four poster seating areas and bean bags which gave it a modern look. Overall, I enjoyed my day, many positives and staff were excellent.

After being very happy with my visits here in May I was sure to return again a number of times during my October visit to Oludeniz. Upon arriving at the beach I was welcomed back like an old friend. Ahmet remembered my name and was always very polite and helpful. Sun beds are very comfortable and well spaced out with parasol included. End of season offer beds were 100TL per person but free if your hotel has an agreement with the beach. The water in the lagoon was shallow and still, great for paddling. The water was clear and could see small and bigger fish swimming around. The sea was much warmer than the pools. Was also great for watching the paragliding without the risk associated with the public beach. Food and drink service available from sunbeds and a undercover restaurant area perfect for a break from the sun. This visit I tried the sugar Beach burger, hawian burger and hawian pizza and all were excellent and cooked fresh in the open kitchen. 3pm to 6pm is happy hour where all cocktails are reduced. It was lovely to speak to Dinçer, Çağla and Ayşe again working in the bar and restaurant area, definitely like catching up with old friends. Would recommend a visit here to all my family and friends especially those with children as there is even a play area and open grass area for games, pedalos, kayaks and paddleboards are available to hire and seemed very popular. I had a look around the onsite accommodation of the chalets and tiny houses and all looked very clean and welcoming. Can't wait to return next year.

I absolutely love this beach especially for children, because the sea is calm and the it’s not crowded, great food choice and the staff are attentive. It’s my 12 years coming to turkey and we always spend at least 3 days at auger beach. Thanks for a great experience once again.
