銀橡樹酒店(Hotel Silver Oak)

We had a great stay! The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food at their restaurant is very good! The rooms were ready when we arrived. The check in and checkout processes were smooth. The hotel front desk person (Shankar) was helpful in arranging the cabs for our ride to the railway station!

Reception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times to get the water turned on, and it didn't stay in for long Positives.....good location, short walk into town and quiet at night. Hotel renovations during the day so very noisy.

The hotel is so good and neat , Staffs are very quolite and helpful , location of the hotel is very good , breakfast in the restaurant is wonderful and nice , overall My experience in the hotel is good ☺️

This hotel is really so good in ooty. At best location, good hospitality & healthy food. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel is with very good amenities, . Easy check in & check out process. All the place are near and heare

The staff is very cooperative, food is also good, and very large and nice property,nice stay good food would like to come again. Cooperation is too good. We enjoyed lot,good breakfast.Nice view from the room.

We bad booked the "Deluxe" package trip 15 days in advance. The 2 travellers were women over 55 gears of age, yet they provided a poor hotel in Ooty where room was on 3rd floor with no Lift. Whole day they had to keep going up & down the starirs. The so called "Executive room" lacked basic facilities like hot water, tea bags etc. Even the restaurant was in another hotel, and one had to go there for breakfast. Thrillophilia charged so much, yet provided good hotels only for first 2 nights and this sub-standard hotel for majority stay (3 nights). Neither the tour provider (Annex) nor Thrillophilia provided support on our request to change the rooms. The "Driver cum guide" had minimal knowledge of places and very often took there after the timings were closed, due to which some parts of itinerary could not be experienced. Very poor service for very expensive pricing.

Hi, all Im Jeevan from Chennai last week had a trip with my family to Ooty..i Booked room in Silver oak with is located in the center of the city stayed in room no 459 ....the room was neat and clean ....we had lunch and dinner in their in-house restaurant name sumukas kitchen...food is really tasty and Yemmy....mr. purushothaman steward took special care of us...special thanks to him..i definitely recommend to my friends and family

We have taken a 3 bedroom cottage for 2 days during our trip to Ooty (Apr 2022). The hotel rooms is excellent and the service boys are so polite and worked like a bee. Very much satisfied with the cleanness of the room and services. Keep it up.
