瑪格麗塔別墅酒店(Hotel Villa Margherita)

Dopo tanti anni siamo tornati a soggiornare in questa nella villa che nel frattempo è stata ristrutturata. Bellissima camera con balcone vista mare, piscine bellissime con tante sdraio, gazebo... bravi! Discesa diretta sul mare, unica!

Situado a las afueras del centro de Livorno, es un edificio histórico con amplios jardines, terraza etc donde se celebran también bodas y eventos familiares Las habitaciones están decoradas con gusto pero al menos la mia (218) era de pequeñas dimensiones, igual q el baño/ducha. Cama amplia (2x2) escritorio estrecho y mejorable el wifi que apenas llegaba al primer piso donde estaba mi habitación. En las zonas comunes sí llegaba con potencia Oferta gastronómica con producto locales de calidad a precios de hotel. Servicio rápido y eficiente a pesar de celebr**** ese día una boda. Scrivo questa recensione per i disabili. Ho partecipato ad un matrimonio. Per esigenze personali ho prenotato un giorno prima e ho lasciato la stanza, matrimoniale, il mattino dopo la festa. Prima della partenza mi sono sincerato che tutto, o almeno in parte, l'ambiente fosse idoneo ad ospitare anche una persona disabile. Di questo mi sono preoccupato perché la cerimonia si sarebbe svolta su più terrazze della location, mi è stato detto che c'era un montascale esterno, ma non funzionante, Ho chiesto se avrebbero potuto renderlo agibile ma la risposta è stata vaga. Per la camera l'avremmo scoperto al momento ma mi hanno garantito una camera e servizi ampi. Arriviamo al dunque. Raggiungere il posto non è stata la cosa più agevole, strade tortuose e la mancanza si segnali non ci ha facilitato il compito. Per fortuna esiste il navigatore che ci ha aiutati non poco, I festeggiati avevano chiesto di appendere dei palloncini per tracciare il percorso, ma noi non ne abbiamo visti. Giunti sul posto c'era un area parcheggio ricavata tra gli alberi sul terriccio non comodissima. Ci siamo rivolti al personale il quale in qualche modo ho fatto si che ne ricavassero uno parcheggio a me più consono. Morale, parcheggio disabili non c'è ne tantomeno un minimo accorgimento sulle barriere architettoniche! La camera non era ampia come ci avevano prospettato Il bagno agibile ma raggiungibile con difficoltà. Non c'è un bidet ma un water con doccino. Il letto alto, per fortuna mi accompagnava mio figlio che praticamente "di peso" mi ha aiutato a sdraiarmi. Veniamo al giorno della cerimonia. Il posto è molto suggestivo per le ampie vedute verso il mare e il verde che lo circonda ma, detto questo, le promesse si scambiavano a circa due terrazze più in giù. Ricordate il montascale non funzionante? E' rimasto nello stesso stato. C'era una persona anziana in carrozzina, il cui parente che ha rinunciato all'impresa. Per fortuna il mio baldanzoso figlio non si è scoraggiato e un gradino alla volta (ne avremo fatti più d'una ventina) mi ha portato fin giù. Dopo aver assistito al rito tornare su ovviamente è stato più difficile e c'è stato bisogno di qualche sosta, Arrivati in prossimità della sala un cameriere si è prodigato a sistemarci uno scivolo in legno per salire un paio di gradini. Per quanto riguarda la cena non ho nulla in particolare da recriminare il menù di base era di buon livello sia nella qualità che, a richiesta, nella quantità. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Si sono lamentati gli invitati intolleranti ad alcuni piatti. Le porzioni sostitutive erano sc**** e non c'era possibilità di replica. Il titolare è un tantino "brusco" se lo trovate in un momento "no" e ,se può, evita di salutare! Per una struttura così è un vero peccato non essere sensibili a certe necessità.

Piccola perla a gestione familiare. Accoglienza al top con gentilezza e professionalità. Camera eccellente come anche la cena (provate il caciucchino... TOP). Sicuramente ci rivedremo

Bonne situation en front de mer on m avait vendu une vue mer mais je ne l ai pas vu il fallait monter sur une petite terrasse et j ai un fauteuil roulant !!!! Merci au personnel qui a tout fait pour fabriquer des rampes La chambre est grande très bonne literie salle de bain bien équipée Mais climatisation de tout l hôtel en panne un soir il faisait 30° !!!! Donc obligés de dormir fenêtres ouvertes donc lumières donc impossible de dormir Mais grand parking et bon restaurant aux prix raisonnables Dans la chambre il manque une machine à café Le plus important c’est la gentillesse du personnel qui fait tout son possible pour nous rendre notre séjour agréable Nous reviendrons car tous ces détails seront réglés

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel, il est beau, au calme, très propre et confortable, petit déjeuner inclu, parking gratuit très bien pour les familles, le personnel est très gentille et serviable, je retournerai sans hésiter et je le recommande à tous.

Booked for one night, added a 2nd after checking in. From the greeting to an offer to let us select our room, the bedding (BEST bed, bedding in Italy, lovely WC) the elegance throughout & wonderful staff, cannot praise this hotel enough. Greeted with warmth as though we'd stayed a dozen times before, the staff was always smiling, saying hello. Especially want to note the owner's easy way, the young man who served at lunch but especially Elizabetta! All these things make a difference to one's experience. We were seeking a few days of quiet in a beautiful location after weeks of travel in cities across Europe. Nothing could have been better. The comfort of the room, the pleasantness of the hotel, the beautiful surroundings - a stab in the dark that really paid off! We had lunch at their restaurant, not knowing what to expect: first rate. Shared an appetizer, two mains, one side dish, shared a dessert, bottle of wine. With views out to the water and a beautiful dining room - it was a very romantic meal! As we visited in December the pool was not heated, but they keep it sparkling clean so you still enjoy the beauty of the exterior. The hotel has ample parking for those driving but is also just a 5 minute walk from the train. While I recommend their restaurant, there are also a dozen restaurants, as well as gelateries & a bar in walking distance. We walked to the beach (easy, safe) and marina, around the cove and up on the top side of the town. Really pretty little community.
