The front desk agent was extremely lovely. Very nice, polite and friendly. We locked ourselves outside late at night and he drove over to give us new keys in less than 5 minutes. The room was very clean at out arrival and they kept it that way during our stay. The housekeeper even folded some clothes we had left on the bed! Thank you very much for an impeccable experience.

Renovations are in progress and the room was fine but the access to it was rough. Had to go up the road to check in - not an ideal situation. Breakfast should have been offered free - not worth a $10 charge.

We do not recommend this place! It is dark. The property is in need of repair. It smelled damp and musty. When we checked in the front desk attendee commented on where we parked. Um. . . .what?! Not your business. There was a group of folks having a barbecue in the parking lot like a Trailer Park. The front desk attendee disappeared after we checking in and remained MIA for the entire 3 days we were there. Our credit card was charged before we left. This never happed to us ever! Then we had to visit a partner hotel miles down the road since we were overcharged to resolve the issue. Stay Away!! Trust us.

Nice place to stop for a nights rest during a road trip. Not much to do in the area but it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff isn’t always there, but when they are they’re very friendly.

The room heater was broken and had to get a space heater from staff. The tub did not drain, couldn't take a shower. No where on line does it tell you to check in at the other motel I mile down the road before a certain time. Nit the worst place in the world. Once we got heat. the room was comfortable and quiet. Probably would stay at their sister motel next time.

This hotel is amazing. I’m from the city. We were enjoying ourselves and we’re gonna stay another night Until the staff were very disrespectful and rude. I even had the sheriffs called on me by them because the cleaning lady/ guy and his friend heavy build was listening to my phone conversations by my door. This is very unprofessional and invasion on my privacy not to mention embarrassing when I have sheriffs telling me I’m a drug dealer. The sheriffs weren’t going to let me leave till I told them my name and gave them permission to search my things. They ran my name and let me go to then get followed. I don’t recommend this hotel but the view is to die for. I will be leaving and I will never come back or to the hotel related to it up the road Grandview which wanted me to walk a mile because I have no vehicle just to pay for my room and gets new card key.

We booked our trip in April for my daughters wedding, this place is out dated , the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, the toilet seat was barely attached, there was nobody available to get us toilet paper, the window unit air conditioner definitely needs a good cleaning. The decor is old and the wall paper is peeling from moisture. The microwave is a dial one that barely worked and the small refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold thankfully the freezer worked. The price is ridiculous for what this place is. There are no vending machines no way to get ice after the staff Leaves and overall I would honestly say it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
