維斯塔幻影度假村(Vista Mirage Resort)

Die Apartments waren groß (zwei Schlafräume) und auch im Wohn-Essbreich war genügend Platz. In der Küche gab es alles was man benötigt. Die Teppiche in einigen Bereichen des Apartments könnten ersetzt werden, waren aber noch in Ordnung. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert. Einzig die Treppen, die in die oberen Apartments führen, könnten erneuert werden (brüchig) und zum Teil die Ränder der Pools. Aber alles in allem eine sehr schön, angelegte Anlage.

Flott leilighetshotell i rolige omgivelser og gangavstand til sentrum. Utmerket service og informasjon. Eneste negative er alle tillegg som kommer på etter at hotellet egentlig er betalt, uten at det blir godt nok informert om dette på forhånd

I think all the positive and negative reviews online are both true depending on which unit you get. We started in a unit near Ramona. All night, just heard cars zoom by. The WiFi signal was terrible and the hot water not hot. The staff, David, was very accommodating and moved us to a center unit after the first night. Minimum car noise. Plenty of hot water, good WiFi coverage. The bed and fixtures inside were newer too. The rest of the property is dated but clean. Stairs to the second story need to be repaired so that is something to look out for if you have mobility issues.

The unit was exactly what we were looking for--handy to golf , grocery store; kitchen well stocked with utensils etc Handy to downtown Palm Springs--bed very comfortable.

Property and cleanliness very good, well equipped. WiFi was “iffy” - I never could get decent connection, others in family had no problem. Front desk customer service excellent. We left 2 items by mistake, room service took them to front desk; who quickly contacted us and held them for our pick up - greatly appreciated!

30 mins walk to downtown - a bit far. We had a water leak in our room and flooded the front door. The outdoor jacuzzi was luke warm and the pool was cold. Difficult to get a hold of the front desk even when you checkin (they had a sign saying they were out for lunch). Will not return.

The staff was excellent and I would recommend Vista Mirage highly to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay. The grounds were well kept in excellent condition.

I loved the big room and the privacy it offered. Grounds were immaculate. Enjoyed picking grapefruit every morning for breakfast! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only tiny drawback was the bed was very firm- although I know that’s a preference for some. I would- and already have-highly recommend!

We had a great stay unit was very clean staff were very nice and attentive to all our needs ,it was nice and quiet at night plus being a no pets , and non smoking property was a bonus for us . The only thing we missed was having a kettle to boil water , as a tea drinker I won't take hot water from a coffee maker . I would definitely stay here again.
