Bad

1. No parking available 2. ⁠Lift was out of order for long period, had to climb down and up by stairs on 4 the floor. All guests were above 70 years old. 3. ⁠Tea not available. You have to walk to have tea. 4. ⁠Though kettle was there the lid was broken and falling while pouring boiling water. 5. ⁠The towels were provided only on repeated requests. 6. ⁠Out of 5 rooms booked, two side rooms were very small in size.

From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and i was delighted to find my room well-appointed and impeccably clean. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The amenities provided, such as the fitness center and on-site restaurant, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my experience. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

Stay was average as the ac was not working. No towel or sopes given. We have to ask for it

The hotel was not upto the mark. The entrance was bad and the rooms are stinking like hell. The corridors were stinking too. The lift was old fashioned but works well. The bathrooms were okeish. The receptionist was good at talking and was helpful with helping out with the bike dealer & all. Due to road works we couldn’t find the hotel properly. And most of the surrounding people were not aware of the hotel as it was looking old & broken.

The hotel is different than the photos. It’s very ordinary hotel with most things don’t work. Staff is courteous though.

Because of make my trip it became easier to me find the hotels, restaurants and transports in my hole trip. It was an very excellent trip ever.

Stay was good. Location is also good close to all casinos. Only thing is they don't have own restaurant.

Property is the worst i ever seen. They are claiming 3 star property. But is not at a single star. worth less i don't even pay a 700 rs make it on serious note no housekeeping boy is available not any single facility you will get. what ever is in photo physical is totally different.

Room was not up to the mark for everything we need to call like water dental kit etc. For the amount what they charge its not up to that standard

Worst rooms and bad smell also very bad size and shady hotel, i had to leave the hotel immediately, due to the room allotted and how the hotel treated me

Room and bathroom was clean, room size was also ok for couples. Except wifi connection everything was good. Rent was little expensive compared to type of room and service. Overall it’s good option to stay.

Bucket & mug not provided. Hot water comes only 30 seconds from geyser then normal water. No good facility for hot water.
