來自住宿之回應: Greeting from Pangkor Holiday Resort! 1. Our resort's standard check in time is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. This is the standard check in and check out time in most hotels and Resorts in our country. Our front office Supervisor had done her best to obtained the approval from the Manager and allowed your request to check in early at 2pm without any cost incurred. We apologise for the slight delay in obtaining the approval. 2. We have equipped our ironing room with stand fan for the convenience of our guest. We are sorry for the damage of your new dress. If this matter were brought to our immediate attention we would have been able to asess the damage and rectify the matter. Nevertheless point noted and we will improve on the matter. 3. On the shower head matter, our maintenance has checked and found it intact without any damage. We are sorry about stains on the mattress but this matter would have been rectify if you had inform our Front Office. We take note of this as well. 4. Our nation as whole is undergoing phenomenal increase in temparature. Pangkor is also having the same issue. Our air cond is well service and maintained. Due to the weather condition it takes longer than usual to feel the coldness. 5. Our Chief Maintenance have checked the DM plug and found it to be in good conditioned. We take note of this as well.
