總之,這是一家奇妙的萬豪酒店。因為我的白金總理(Platinum Premiere)地位,我的房間可以升級,升了兩級,非常棒。房間昂貴,如果我沒有積分點的話,我不會住這裏。但是服務非常棒,去地鐵很方便,餐館就在酒店門口,還有很多高檔購物。 我的唯一問題: 1)沒有行政酒廊——確實,當然有免費早餐,非常棒。但我也喜歡行政休息室的免費水,特別是在巴黎,因為街道上的水非常貴。我在健身中心發現有檸檬水可用,非常友好。 2)我們的房間可以俯瞰香榭麗舍大街(Champs-Élysées ),一開始似乎很不錯,但晚上很吵,難以置信。我們住在那裡的三個晚上,街頭藝人(一羣跳霹靂舞的人)高喊邁克爾傑克遜,直到凌晨1點。如果你覺得這是個問題,當然要要求遠離街頭的房間。 酒店位置的唯一優點就是我們能從鄰近企業找到免費無線連接。

服務,位置和周圍的人都很出色!首先,我妻子選擇了合適的酒店,因爲它是(我相信)在巴黎的完美位置。它就在香麗舍大街上,位於一切的中間 - 購物,食品,公共汽車和地鐵,以逃跑和探索。其次,阿蒂卡 - 梅麗莎 - 查爾斯是前台的精彩主持人。阿蒂卡爲我們比利時之行安排了火車,騎車到火車站等...,完美有一個“手”小組的8個小女孩的嘗試,但把他們推開照顧了這一點。早餐的服務員安東很棒。他給我們打包了火車小吃,每天早上都照顧我們。客房服務徹底而整潔。非常好的人!門男是紳士。負面:沒有牀從來不像你在家裏的。到第4天,我們的背疼,因爲我們不習慣牀。但是,牀單很好,柔軟乾淨。洗衣房的乾衣機花了5個多週期來完全烘乾我們的衣服,但非常感激它是免費的。我強烈推薦Le Claridge Champs-Elysees的弗雷澤套房!

From arriving to departing I have to say this hotel was fantastic. The staff are attentive, professional, friendly and all spoke excellent English which helped me feel at home during my stay in Paris. I had booked via a third party site but still received the pre arrival outreach from the hotel. A very nice touch and certainly something that set the expectations for excellent service. Location is excellent if you want to be near the Champs-Élysées and popular sightseeing locations such as the Eiffel Tower. Very easy to retreat to your hotel with the shopping you might do on Champs-Élysées! I was attending the final stage of the Tour de France so the hotel was in the perfect location for this. I booked an Executive room which was very spacious, included a sofa and a very nice bath and shower. Mini bar, coffee/tea facilities etc all more than adequate. I can't think of anything I'd add or change about the room but I will certainly book a room with a balcony or a better view next time. Food at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that the cost of the breakfast is the same in the restaurant and in your room. That's something I don't think I've come across in my travels but it's such a good idea. The web site/portal provided by the hotel for guests was also very good and easy to use. It made many things useful from reading newspapers to booking things like room service, taxis and private transfers (amongst many other things). The use of whatsapp to message customers daily was also a unique but helpful touch. This made it very easy to arrange things like taxis when I needed this. Overall, you've probably guessed by now, this is an excellent hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or stop at again myself.

This is a really first class hotel. Service is friendly and excellent and (for an American) English speaking. Our room was large to the point of being luxurious and beautifully decorated. And it came with a pretty broad selection of hot and cold breakfast daily. Definitely think it's a high quality hotel. My one hesitation in recommending it is that the location really isn't ideal if you're in Paris to see the sights (as we were). We spent a lot of time in Ubers. That's on us, for not planning better, not a reflection on the hotel. But if you're in town for the same reason you might want to take it into consideration.

This was our second stay at Magda in the past year! We loved the location. Close to the Arc de Triumph where all trains can depart from. The staff were amazing. Felix was helpful with any questions or requests we had. I was looking for a grocery store and another staff member who had just finished her shift walked me over it it. That was so kind. Room’s immaculate. Close to McDonald’s where we had cappuccinos every morning and our granddaughter had her smoothie. Reasonable price considering all the benefits. Would return again!

Nous venons tout juste de rentrer d'un séjour incroyable à l'hôtel Maison Albar Le Diamond et ne pouvons nous empêcher de partager notre expérience inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par un personnel souriant et attentionné, prêt à satisfaire tous nos besoins. Leur hospitalité a été remarquable tout au long de mon séjour. La décoration de l'hôtel était tout simplement magnifique. Chaque coin était pensé avec soin, créant une atmosphère élégante et apaisante. Les détails artistiques et le choix des couleurs ont ajouté une touche de raffinement à l'ensemble de l'établissement. Les chambres étaient d'une propreté impeccable et offraient un confort absolu. Le lit était douillet et les équipements modernes nous ont permis de nous détendre et de profiter de notre séjour au maximum. Nous avons également été impressionné par la propreté générale de l'hôtel, du lobby aux espaces communs, tout était impeccablement entretenu. Cependant, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le personnel exceptionnel de l'hôtel. Le directeur, Jihad, était toujours présent en journée, veillant personnellement à ce que chaque détail soit pris en compte pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme sont à saluer. Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement Doudou, un membre du personnel véritablement fabuleux. Son attitude prévenante et son dévouement lors d'un petit incident technique sont à souligner. Il nous a offert un service personnalisé qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment spécial. Egalement à mettre en avant, le remarquable petit-déjeuner qui était proposé. Un véritable banquet pour les papilles, il offrait un choix incroyable de mets salés et sucrés. Différentes céréales, des fruits frais, une variété de jus de fruits frais, ainsi que différents pains et baguettes qui étaient tout simplement très bon. De plus, le café servi était de bonne facture, provenant d'une marque bien connue (What Else?), ce qui a ajouté une touche supplémentaire à notre expérience culinaire matinale. Il reste à dire que l'hôtel est idéalement situés si l'on désire faire la visite des grands monuments et place de Paris...la place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, et autres Faubourg St Honoré sont à 10-15 minutes à pieds et le chemin qui vous y mène vous permet de faire du shopping. En conclusion, l'hôtel Maison Albar Le Diamond mérite sans conteste tous les éloges. Avec un service chaleureux et souriant, une décoration magnifique, des chambres confortables et d'une propreté impeccable, cet établissement a su surpasser toutes mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience inoubliable. Merci encore à Jihad, Doudou et à toute l'équipe pour leur hospitalité exceptionnelle.

Our stay in Hotel Le Colisee was superb! The rooms were always clean and in order.. The breakfast has a decent spread of yoghurts, cereals, fruits, cold cuts, juices, and lots of pastries. A limited number of cups of coffee is also available by request to the hostess. Staff were cheerful, helpful, and cordial. Location is unbeatable, you’re literally steps away from Champs Élysées and an entrance to Metro Franklin D Roosevelt’s line 1. Despite being in a super touristy location, Hotel Le Colisee was quiet and felt really safe.

We booked room with balcony so we could enjoy our morning coffee with a roof top view of Paris...just perfect start to the day.Will most definitely be back

位置很好，幾分鐘到蒙田大道，離地鐵站很近，附近吃喝十分方便。酒店對麪有葯妝店，往前走幾步有超市。如果不怕走路的話，其實走到盧浮宮和巴黎鐵塔都可以，都是半小時左右，邊走可以邊看看巴黎的街道也不錯。到老佛爺也是幾站路的地鐵。酒店的裝修麪積和設備，其實就是國內便捷酒店的水平了，是一個極小極小的酒店，或者連酒店都稱不上，就是賓館的感覺，但勝在浴室廁所還挺乾淨。要享受高質量服務的就不要定這裏了，但在高消費的巴黎也還算物有所值吧。攜程上關於歐洲的酒店評價挺少的，所以很多人很難選擇酒店，booking上又大多數都是外國人的評價。建議大家多看看中國人評價，是比較貼近我們的需要的。

絕對可怕的地方。這不是酒店,而是公寓。我預定進入房間的前一天晚上,他們在10.30pm聯繫我,告訴我我的房間有混淆,我現在沒有入住協和行政套房,我現在住在埃菲爾房間。哪個房間比我3周前預訂的縮小了。我回復他們,我想要全額退款,因爲這不是我3周前預訂的。他們回答說,不是那裏認爲是新人雙人預訂了房間。我聯繫book.com,解釋了酒店做什麼,他們聯繫了經理,2個小時後他們終於聯繫了我,說我可以有我預訂的房間。這不是一個好的開始......第二天我到達巴黎時,很難找到公寓的酒店,我得到的代碼是錯誤的代碼,所以我不得不在外面站了2個小時,因爲他們不接電話。當我終於進入這個地方時,看起來與圖片完全不同。它很黑,很髒,很可怕。我被告知我無法預訂,但可以離開我的箱子,下午3點回來。我被處理我的清潔工給了一個電話,是經理,他問我是誰,在電話裏笑了,說我訂的房間已經有人入住了。我真的沒有像他那樣找到這個滑稽的東西。當我下午3點回來時,老闆坐在接待處,他非常閃亮和粗魯。他帶我們參觀了套房,順便說一句,這不是套房,這是一個小黑暗的房間,沒有什麼像圖片一樣。牆上有痕跡,門被損壞了。當我說我不想留在這裏,我可以把錢還回來。他說去四季裏呆着,我從來沒有辦法把錢還回來......然後在街上看到我。做1100英鎊下來,不得不找到另一家酒店。噁心.....不要留在這個地方....還有無家可歸的人在外面乞討
