WS 瑪黑公寓酒店 - 共和國(Apartments WS Marais - Republique)

A fuir. Aucun service. Pas d'offre de petit déjeuner même en supplément. Pas une seule capsule de café ni un pauvre sachet de thé (j'ai payé 814,61 euros pour 3 nuits !). Mais surtout, j'ai été très déçue par le management: j'ai signalé que l'un des oreillers sentait très mauvais. Les draps étaient propres mais étant donné qu'ils n'utilisent pas de sous taies, les oreillers se salissent. Au bout de 3 messages, ils m'ont confirmé être intervenus. Nouvelle déception: ils ont simplement essayé de couvrir l'odeur en arrosant cet oreiller dégoûtant d'un spray parfumé et en changeant la taie. Ils n'ont pas ajouté de sous taie et n'ont pas changé l'oreiller. C'est un véritable manquement aux règles d'hygiène de base, même si la chambre était globalement propre. Rapport qualité prix déplorable.

Lovely neighborhood next to le marais and a delicious brunch café. There were a store to make purchase for dinner. We took the breakfast each morning and it was delicious. Customer service is really helpfull! Great location and apartments, I will come back for sure

Clean and functional accommodation, located in a central area of ​​Paris, quick and convenient check-in. the whole apartment, although not large, has all the services you need. I would go back with pleasure.

I booked a studio 2 month in advance, I received all confirmation email and also , a few days in advance, the email with all the info to access the place and so on. The DAY BEFORE the arrival they cancelled my booking saying "I was not compliant with their booking requirements". I called 4 times to understand but they could not explain except for saying "You have been rejected because you are not compliant" and then hung up the phone. I even suggested to pay immediately but they hung up on me. Result, the apartment was available againt on the internet at 2.5x rate and I had no option than finding another place last minute in the center of Paris! WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
