O hotel me parece bem antigo. O cheiro não é bom. Não existe blekaut na janela. O ar condicionado me parece muito velho e não funciona bem. Estive em Buenos Aires no inverno, mas quando cheguei fazia 17°, que com a janela fechada, parecia bem abafado. Precisei abrir a janela. A qualidade das toalhas é bem precária e muito encardidas. O café da manhã é bem básico. Você tem que pagar até o ovo que pede. Sinceramente, não recomendo!
Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America.
They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry ”scan the QR code”. When asked about what would be open (it was Christmas), they told us to ask around the street.
Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better.
The rooms were good and appropriately clean.
EEmiliano massardoEste año conocí varios hoteles, en París, Roma, Miami, y nice.
Puedo dar fe que esté hostel está al altura de los hoteles en Europa, y tiene excelentes servicios, intalación, camas, baños y demás.
MMikhail GraboI had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
Receptionists Lourdes and Camila made my stay at a Palacio Hotel a memorable experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace .
I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service
The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .
SshawndaikiLocation, location, location.
Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studio’s greatest advantage.
The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep.
Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, I’m 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch.
Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space.
We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock.
Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.
