房間非常非常乾淨，對衞生要求高的朋友們可以放心入住。兩位老闆都非常熱情，很有家的感覺。如果假期足夠，真的很想在這兒多住幾天。我是一個有些認床的人，但是在這裏睡覺讓我感覺很有安全感，很安心。女老闆在得知我們想坐巴士去碼頭後擔心我們不知道在哪裡乘坐，專門陪我們到巴士站送我們上巴士後才離開。在楠迪的時候天氣不好，陰天下着小雨，但是和老闆們聊天時感受到的樂觀積極讓我們不再糾結着天氣，而是準備好好享受在斐濟的每時每刻。總之我和朋友都非常推薦這裏，無論是設施衞生安全服務都挑不出毛病，而且老闆們的關心和在意都恰到好處，i 人入住也會非常舒適。

房間很大很舒服，但隔音效果不佳，空調噪音較大，毛巾架太高需要站椅子才能拿到，其他都很好一應俱全，有洗衣機烘乾機很方便。早餐還算豐富但廚藝一般，10點半結束9點去的時候有些餐點就已經不續了，有很多適合孩子的免費活動很適合帶孩子的家庭，對我們帶父母來旅遊的就沒啥活動，反而全天不斷的鼓聲和音樂讓人在房間也休息不好。自助晚餐性價低沒有亮點。

IHG的crowne plaza整體還是不錯的 先説優點： 1，新裝修的 整體設施很新（沒有裝修味道） 2，房間直通泳池，非常方便 小朋友喜歡 3，餐飲還可以，尤其那家意大利餐廳 再説需要改進點： 1，邊上有工地，雖然擋起來了，但還是影響美觀 2，服務響應略慢，叫個東西 有時候要等很久 3，沙灘一般，和外島沒法比，不過不影響觀日落 最後提一下前台對面合作的Tour manager（後面簡稱TM 這家一日遊中介： 相當不靠譜；原本定了12月22日出海去seventh heaven，包含110塊錢的酒店到碼頭接送服務；起個大早到碼頭 被告知今天出海取消了（seventh heaven已經提前通知了各個中介），但TM沒有通知我，溝通，然後我就在碼頭等TM派車來接我回酒店 等了兩個小時，最後還是自己打車回的酒店….還沒完，到酒店後和TM溝通改到23號，23號下午四點在預訂地點等***車接我回酒店 到16:30還沒來 打電話溝通，他們錯接了另外的人已經回酒店….簡直無語，大家儘量避坑Tour manager中介中介 不過話説回來，seventh heaven還是不錯的，值得推薦

Friendly stuff, that checked in on us several times to ensure we were having a good stay. Good snorkelling at the resort; however, equipment is only provided during hightide which was odd as mornings were much better for snorkelling. All areas of the resort have amazing views. Good variety of restaurants.

環境優雅，植物養護的很好，綠植椰樹，泳池，都很棒，酒店有兩家餐廳，在泳池邊，方便，酒店房間寬敞，舒適。適合一家人居住，有小廚房。酒店周邊環境優美，有高爾夫球場。

在這裡住得很愉快，很棒。地方乾淨。服務很棒，工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。我們唯一遇到的問題是打給前台的電話無人接聽。不知道為什麼，但電話一直響個不停，就是沒人接。因為我們離前台有點遠……如果我有緊急情況，可能會有問題。幸運的是沒有，但我認為他們需要調查一下。幸運的是沒有，但我認為他們需要調查一下。除此之外，我們住得很愉快……我也推薦按摩……這是我們能做的最好的決定。女孩們的服務很棒。

A very VERY strange experience here I must say.. I arrived at the 28 bed dorm room (even though trip.com said it was 10 bed) and there was no sign of any other life in the dorm at all. Most of the beds looked like they had been made months ago and nobody had slept in them since because they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt.. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and they said I’m the only one booked in so I just accepted it as it was. However, later on when I was sitting the bar a member of staff approached me and told me I had been upgraded (because supposedly the dorms weren’t clean due to a big group having checked out yesterday) so I ended up spending two nights in a luxurious Bure, the first night shared with someone else who was booked in for the dorms. The Bure was beautiful and spotless and I am very grateful for the upgrade. The outside shower was also very nice! The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from! Eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple cereals, tea, coffee and juice, one morning there were pancakes. The only downsides to this resort is they don’t have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I did snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt rushed in my opinion and the trip wasn’t worth the money. We got barely any time in the water and there was no time to stop and observe anything, seemed like the guys on the boat just wanted to get it all over and done with as fast as possible.

My flight reached late at night. I checked in after 10pm. No one was there to guide or help with the luggage. Had difficulties looking for my room. Was told by an employee that my room was upstairs so had to go up the stairs with my 20kg back, 7 kg carry on and my handbag, only to be told by a guest that it was downstairs. I was frustrated and exhausted from my long flight from Australia. The guest took me downstairs to my room. Thank God for his help. The hotel was nice, except for their services, other things were good.

Nalagi Hotel四星性價比很高，很滿意的入住體驗，有空調效果很好，隔壁有中餐廳，附近有麥當勞🍔和大超市以及西式快餐廳，很便利，房間有吹風浴帽肥皂洗澡洗頭護髮冰箱紙巾，需自帶拖鞋和牙具（所以酒店都需自帶）。

我是過境的，只好過夜。飯店還可以。房間很乾淨。但房間不包水。大瓶水花了我 15 斐濟元，很貴。位置很棒。它毗鄰jet point購物中心，那裡有很多食物可供選擇。位於納迪鎮和機場之間。適合短暫停留，不推薦度假。
