可愛的酒店和優越的地理位置,但房間的價格令人失望,其中一張扶手椅損壞嚴重,材料上的其他棕色污漬。牆紙的部分脫落,使它看起來非常疲憊。 鐵板也壞了,我們不得不把它撐在椅子上。我們預訂的房間看起來不像廣告上的圖像,我不得不與接待處檢查我們的房間是正確的。 對於每晚330英鎊,我覺得我們沒有高級房間,但工作人員很可愛,非常熱情。

我太喜歡這家旅館了，乾淨整潔，員工友好，早餐也很美味！步行就能到所有很棒的酒吧和餐廳！以後一定還會再住這裡 :)

從開始到結束都令人難以置信。預訂系統有點混亂,但在幾分鐘內排序。不能再照顧好!超值,工作人員走額外的一英里使我們的1晚住宿如此愉快,孩子們不想回家!

My husband had a broken bone in his leg we where booked a room on the first floor. When he saw us he arranged for our room swap, offered us tea and coffee whilst we waited for this to be arranged. All staff were very professional and courteous offering to take our bags to the room. We will plan another trip as we were unable to use the facilities.

Overall a nice central hotel ,quiet well run establishment ,on arrival I enquired about car parking facilities as on the premier in site that was advertised on trip dot com it read that parking was free,I was told parking was payable by the staff on reception,which if had I known I would have arrived by train as I was staying 3 nights and this added an extra 36 ish pounds on top off my room fee.

不是這裏最好的住宿。電視沒有調音。上次訪問沒有電視遙控器。淋浴溫度控制工作不正常。但還是位置好,spa不錯
