Your room do not get cleaned unless you ask which I have never heard of that. Here on a business trip I had to ask for towels. I had to ask for my trash to be changed. Then I had asked numerous of times pertaining to the lobby area to where I can use the computer to take care of business. Staff attitude is horrible. Not to mention the own have 2 pet dogs living here barking all night.

this is a very good place i would most recommend it to my family and friends the workers are very helpful and very nice the breakfast was ok could be better but it’s free so thanks for it also the are very beautiful around the area

The workers were very nice always spoke when you walk past them. They seem to take pride in their jobs. The hotel was clean and very updated. The shower was wonderful I would totally recommend or stay here again if I were in town.

So far , the stay here has been amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful . I called before making it into town and Christina was able to help get things set for our arrival. The rooms are super spacious, the hotel is clean and fresh, and there are a lot of restaurants around...

I have the greatest view of the lake out back and the flow of traffic is so soothing when trying to fall asleep. The rooms are clean and the ladies at the front desk are super nice and they also greeted like they were happy to see me.

I enjoyed my stay while traveling from Texas to Florida, and on my return back home. I chose this hotel because I brought my dog and the fee was reasonable. The breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel as the room was clean

Great experience! Clean room & property no issues everyone was great…I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pearl or Jackson area…My room was immaculate with 2 double beds, screen TV on the wall, working desk, upgraded bathroom beautiful sink, coffee maker, refrigerator…

My family and I stopped here on our cross country drive. The whole place smells like smoke. We requested a smoke free room, ours reeked of smoke. We requested a new room in which it was dirty (spilled things in the fridge, shaved hairs in the shower, dust everywhere) and a non working thermostat. Not to mention we had to wait to check in due to the person leaving the premises. I felt dirty staying here. We also received attitude for requesting a new room.

Employees are very friendly rooms are maintained very nice great family environment a lot of restaurants close by free breakfast every morning one of the best hotels on the cheaper side I’ve seen definitely will be back

My family of 6 reserved a family suite. The room was damp and just not clean. The staff were friendly, and even though I told them the situation, it was not resolved. the room had been shampooed that day and they carpet was still damp, I guess. They said they checked it and it was dry, but it wasn't though we didn't realize until mid evening.

My husband and I were traveling cross country and stayed at the La Quinta on the first night of our trip. The next morning as we departed we managed to leave one of our bags in the parking lot! Cami called us after some kind soul turned it in but we were already too far down the road to go back. The main problem was that all of my husband’s medication was in that suit case! Cami was so kind as to overnight the meds to us at my daughter’s house and told us she would hang on to the bag until we were on our way back home. We just picked the bag up and I cannot thank the staff at La Quinta enough for their efforts and true hospitality!!!

They didn’t even checked the pool if it was cold or cool or warm. The said it was heated and it wasn’t at all. I called twice and asked and while we was there for the 3rd time we asked while checking in. It was more than cold, it was freezing and not one wanted to get in. I tried but it felt as cold as the night of the titanic water. It was that cold, seriously.

This is one of the best if not the best hotel in the south I love it we visit it every single time we decide to stay out the service is incredible the rooms are gorgeous the beds are comfortable the breakfast is great
