赫特伍德酒店(Hurtwood Hotel)

We booked 4 rooms for a birthday celebration. The rooms were all large, comfortable and well equipped. Host and owner Eileen looked after us very well. She and her husband own the pub as well, but the hotel has a separate entrance and is very quiet. They have not owned the hotel long and there is still some minor work to do to bring it from 4 star to 5 but we were all very happy with our stay. It would be an excellent base for walking or exploring the beautiful Surrey North Downs.

Situated in the lovely village of Peaslake, the hotel was spotless with welcoming staff. Great location for chilling or getting out for a lovely walk. The next door Inn served great food. Celebrated our wedding anniversary 26 years after our reception was held at the hotel. Will be visiting again.

Heerlijke, ruime kamer, prima bedden, alles perfect afgewerkt. Fijn dat er ook aparte, goed zittende stoelen waren. Inclusief koffie en thee. Ook de receptie was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was perfect met verschillende keuzes.

We stayed here our last night in England, flying out of Gatwick the next morning. We joked that we'd stumbled into Hobbittown—the little village of Peaslake couldn't have been more charming. Host Eileen was wonderful, personally escorting us to our room and arranging for a special breakfast when she heard how early we were leaving in the morning. Our room with its rustic beams was beautiful and comfortable, with a lot of personal touches. It took less than an hour to get to the airport, and we avoided the city congestion. A lovely stay.

Nicely located, great staff

An amazing stay and so peaceful. A Great location for walks/biking. The pub food and breakfast was fab and the staff really friendly. The room was really spacious and beds are extremely comfy so plenty of rest. I would highly recommend a visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Our deluxe room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back for another stay.

A lovely 2 night stay here in December. The staff are absolutely fantastic and fully devoted to making sure their guests have a great stay. The room was very comfortable, and the food in the bar/restaurant was super too. Would heartily recommend this place.

What a hidden treasure. We checked in Monday and left Saturday morning. Not once did we have a need (per sei). The staff was friendly, professional and quick to provide any service we requested (more towels, coffee pods). The morning breakfast was phenomenal and they made sure you didn’t leave hungry.
