I'll get my gripe out right away, I paid more $ for this hotel because it had a hot tub. Turns out the hot tub was out of order due to the equipment being flooded the night before. So after 10 hours of driving there was no relaxation in a hot tub for my family. I was told the equipment was replaced and that the water is heating back up, perhaps so but it was eventually closed with an out of order sign for the night and morning. We only had 1 night here. Ok, other than the hot tub issue everything else was very good. Clean rooms, lobby, eating area, elevators, exercise room. The bar seemed small but I didn't use it. I do question the use of a sliding door for the bathroom, it doesn't seal very good and there is no loud fan in the bathroom, so every bathroom noise is heard in the room, this seems to be a common thing with hotels now. First breakfast was great and so was second breakfast an hour later. Long hours, good variety, need to keep the milk colder longer. I'd give 5 stars all around if the hot tub worked.

Check in was streamlined with no wait and the room was immaculate. I would definitely stay again and I’m actually thinking of canceling another hotel in a nearby town that I was going to visit just to stay put and enjoy this hotel. Staff is wonderful!

I had booked a 2 night stay for a king bed with a sofa bed. When I got to my room, I saw that I only got a king size bed with no couch (we paid extra for the bigger room). The staff told me that the room you book and pay for on ******* is not the room you are necessarily going to get. I was very upset over this. The hotel did end up letting us move on the 2nd day to the correct room but we spent a whole day stressed over the situation and paid one day for a bigger room than we actually got. We didn’t know until mid afternoon the 2nd day if we could get the correct room that we paid for. It was extremely stressful. After years of booking through *******, I will probably now book directly with the hotel to avoid this upsetting and stressful situation. Also, while the hotel did help for the 2nd day, we were left hanging and worrying if the situation could be fixed. We have stayed there many times before without incident. Probably would not go back after this experience.

This hotel is very nice. The beds are always clean and super comfortable. I like that they supply a hair dryer and an ironing board and iron. The hot breakfast is a bonus and the pool and weight room are great.

I did not end up staying at this hotel I was in Rochester for the night going to stay there but got a phone call that my daughter was being seen at the hospital after an accident so I drove home instead I have tried to work with the third-party company who charged me 1499 just see user service also being charge for the hotel. I would like a refund because I feel that it's an emergency situation that I could control, They wanted proof of medical and that's some thing at this time I am not able to obtain I think that's pretty absurd to be asking for personal information from somebody. Your third-party company or whoever or something stays was the name of it charge me $14.99 to use the service and now I'm gonna be charged For my room, can't you have a little heart and consider a refund?

The room smells like smoke and it was the second room requested. The lobby also smells like smoke. The hotel is noisy and I heard banging above the entire night as I coughed from the horrible lingering smell of smoke.

Stayed for 5 days. Asked repeatedly to have room cleaned. Did not clean room until last day.
