good location, very easy to go around......................................

Just stayed there while a family member was in the hospital and we loved the hotel. I booked a hearing impaired room when I needed a wheelchair accessible room and the front desk was a great help in getting that fixed. I got pizza from across the street (which was so delicious btw) and then realized I needed plates. The front desk manager, Darryl Smith, got them for me. He was such a huge help and always so kind when I needed something. He really is what every hotel should want in an employee. He was so kind and so helpful. Parking was a breeze and everything went great. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. Thanks for a great stay!

Beds were comfortable, but I was highly disappointed that they do not clean the rooms each day. Paying almost $700 for 3 days I would expect more. One of the days we were there we were brought more towels but the used towels were left. Front desk people were very friendly. The breakfast was $20 for the buffet which was ok. They make omelets there for u which is nice but the guy doing them looks like he hates his job. Told us to come back in 10 min so he could prep (it was 7:05!) and when we did he said he was busy and to come back in 15 min. He was making one omelette…We did not have time to wait so we paid $20 for some sausage links and toast.

My experience was not so great. The ********** app said the hotel provided free breakfast, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Only the fridge was correct. Parking was overpriced for no reason! I had mold at the bottom of my shower door. The room smelled like a cat and there was pet hair on my bed and carpet. The room didn't seem dirty until I realized those things. I reported them, but to no avail. I also left an item of clothing in the closet of my room. I cannot get ANYONE to answer the phone so that I can have it picked up.

I will start by saying the manager made everything that went wrong right by comping the stay. 4 coffee pots, 2 didnt work 1 was dirty final one worked. Front desk staff said we were the only ones having trouble with coffee pots. I think this is something that shouldnt be said to a customer. Asked to be moved to different room because shower wouldn't drain. Next room the same. Parking used to be free, now you are charged. Tried to get out of parking structure for a comedy show and gate wouldn't work, said we owed $68. We checked in one hour prior. Trash cans missing from first room. Garbage in hall that was there when we checked in and still there next morning when we left. We have stayed here 4 other times with no issue. I don't know what the heck is going on. Training needs to be done with housekeeper for sure. Overall the rooms are very worn and dated, carpets soiled and worn. We would not stay here again

I chose this hotel because it had a pool listed as amenity. I would not have been otherwise informed had I not asked about its location.

Very comfortable bed and I slept great. Room was comfortable and very clean. Front desk staff friendly and helpful

The staff was excellent. They were so helpful with my family. I would recommend anyone staying at Courtyard.
