A very nice hotel, they have great amenities; restaurants, room service, a ******, etc The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable and clean.

It was the worst hotel experience in my history of traveling, first they could not find my booking, then my assistant paid another room, then they still charged my card for the booking they could not find, after fighting them they say the money will be returned but if I said nothing they would not refund, the breakfast was terrible cold and with hair and scrambled eggs with eggshells in it, if this is a for star hotel, then I'll try book 8 star next time. I reported the complete incident to my friends in the government and we consider to recommend our organizations to stop using hotels. Com as well.

Konaklama ***et güzel. Otel temiz , dekorasyon güzel şıkır şıkır, fakat otoparkın ücretli olması hoş değil. Yemekleri konusunda fikir sahibi değilim. Genel anlamda bizim deneyimimiz olumlu sonuçlandı. Teşekkürlerler.

Great location, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable. Great location within 15/20 minute walk of everything.

Nice hotel in a ****** building. Confused and unhelpful staff. We arrived to check in. Although they could see our booking in the system, they could not give us a room until something ? happened in the system. We couldn’t get our room for 4 hours. After an hour, we eventually left to see the city. There was no apology, no offer of anything to compensate - not even a coffee. It was odd and rude and very off-putting.

********** tell you about 50 levas credit for the ****** PER NIGHT PER ROOM, thats is NO valid or TRUE is a CHEATING ADVERTISEMENT...AWARE !!! We stay more than a week and only received 1 voucher. SHAME ON THIS PEOPLE.
