Stayed here several times. Generally enjoy the rooms. However-
Accidentally left a remote for my FireStcik in the room. I called the hotel, they said it was being sent to a shipping company who would contact me about how to send it to me.
They never called.
I called the hotel again. After a few tries getting through to someone who could help, they said the item was shipped. I never received it.
I called again, finally got through to someone who said the shipping company had it and gave me their number.
After a few tries, I got through to the shipping company. They said they never got anything from the hotel.
It's bad enough they couldn't handle sending back a lost item, but the amount of hassle I went through getting ****ed around by these people, while I was unable to use my FireStick because I was waiting for the remote, is truly infuriating.
