Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Plattsburgh

Nos encantó el lugar, muy limpio, fresco y cómodo, me encanto la cama descanse bastante y la ducha, el aire perfecto para graduar y la atención del personal.

Service was wonderful from beginning to end. The only complaints were that: 1. Random hairs were found in bathtub 2. A dead bug was in one of the drawers + some trapped flies in the window (I let those out) and 3. Cigarette smoke was coming into the room from another room (all are nonsmoking). I didn’t give management a chance to correct these three in real time, but they likely would have. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and the rooms are relatively up to date and spacious. At this price point, I’d readily stay here again, particularly for longer trips!

We liked our stay! But we’ve stayed at cheaper hotels with more amenities. Our room only had two coffee kcups, 1 decaf & 1 regular. We stayed in a room that could sleep 4 people. That wouldn’t be enough for anyone, and there were no tea options in our room either. No notepads or pens either; the included breakfast was alright.. The staff was friendly and our room was clean!

Stayed here several times. Generally enjoy the rooms. However- Accidentally left a remote for my FireStcik in the room. I called the hotel, they said it was being sent to a shipping company who would contact me about how to send it to me. They never called. I called the hotel again. After a few tries getting through to someone who could help, they said the item was shipped. I never received it. I called again, finally got through to someone who said the shipping company had it and gave me their number. After a few tries, I got through to the shipping company. They said they never got anything from the hotel. It's bad enough they couldn't handle sending back a lost item, but the amount of hassle I went through getting ****ed around by these people, while I was unable to use my FireStick because I was waiting for the remote, is truly infuriating.

Wow. Where to begin. The door to our room didn’t close. The tub didn’t drain and the water was out to the entire facility for a day we were there. They shut our card off half way through for no reason. Breakfast was extremely minimal and very few seats. No pool. Tiles in bathroom were cracked and broken. Overall extremely disappointing.

We didn’t get to stay due to an issue at the border. We had applied for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). That did not come through. We were told by the border officer that it should only take an hour or so. We waited 5hrs at the border with no success. We contacted reception at the hotel and let Bryan know our situation. He told us he could cancel our reservation however it would be up to ******* to issue any refunds. We contacted ******* and they told us that it was up to the property to authorize a refund. Being that the situation was out of our control which we could prove via email correspondence with the customs office I feel that a refund or a credit in this case is warranted. Could someone please advise on the best course of action in this regard?

Propre et près de l’autoroute pour des voyageurs de passage. Chambre très petite mais OK. Un peu cher toutefois pour l’ensemble
