Muy mala mi experiencia en este Hotel. El olor a cigarrillo y ********* en todo el hotel es increíblemente alto. No dan desayuno. El servicio en el escritorio malo. Mucho ruido durante toda la noche.

Got to the hotel at 10: 30 and the front desk was closed and there was a phone to call the office no one answered and i was forced to find a different hotel

Room was clean except we didn’t have tissue or hand soap in our bathroom the room has a modern update compared to another extended stay I stayed in no complaints the price was right for a one night stay! Staff was polite!

This is not really a hotel, but a place where individuals can live daily, weekly or monthly. The rooms are set up like a miniature studio apar**ent. Very small. The people staying here are sketchy. There are people in the parking lot all hours of the day and night drinking and smoking. We honestly thought our car would not be in the parking lot the next morning. The front office closes very early and opens late the next day so if you need anything, you are out of luck. The towels in the room were stained. When we pulled down the blanket to the bed, there was hair in the bed. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets and put our t-shirts over the pillows. Clearly, the sheets had not been changed. I would not recommend this place at all, it's disgusting. A very gross establishment that should be condemned.

The room,elevators and the room smelled weird almost like cigarettes it bad and the tube was dirty too

Stayed at other extend stays but this was the worst for us. First, there was a lot of smoking in the non-smoking areas and right outside rooms. Second, the bedsheets had stains on them and I’m not even sure if they were washed. Third, burn marks all over bathroom floor. Forth, lots of cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. We had to leave lights on to keep the majority of them hidden behind the walls. I actually left the property early at 2am because the office was closed and no one to take care of any issues.

The location is very unsafe. Access to the parking from the street is really inconvenient.

The room was excellent but I specifically told the desk that I was checking out at 11am and not to be disturbed before then...At about 9:45am someone knocked on my door asking if we were leaving...and also...there was not a do not disturb sign to put on the door...This hotel will not see me again...
