日夜之神住宅度假村(Itz'Ana Resort & Residences)

Escolhi este hotel com base na pontuação, instalações, comentários, incluso café da manhã. O hotel deixa muito a desejar em relação ao valor pago na diária. O atendimento de maneira geral é muito antipático. A consierge e a gerência ( será que existe gerente neste hotel?) foram nulas. Fomos conversar com a cosierge para pegar orientação de passeios e restaurantes, ela mal olhou para gente e nao indicou nada. A gerência , quando tivemos um problema no cafe da manhã, nem sequer prestou esclarecimentos ou resolveu. Teoricamente a diaria era com Café incluso, depois informaram.que como nao tinha frutas da estação, nao tinha cafe continental. Todos os itens são pedidos no menu e pagos a parte. Com muita má vontade serviam um café ruim, algumas frutas e uns pedacos de pães. Esse era o café continental. Ja me hospedei em hoteis em diversos paises e nunca vi isso. Vergonha para o hotel, funcionários mal educados e o que serviram, era melhor colocar a diária sem o cafe incluso. Estranhei que este hotel esta incluido no Luxury, pois nao tem motivo. Jantamos varias vezes no hotel, atendimento demorado, os mesmos pratos vinham diferentes de um dia para o outro. O hotel nao faz questao de agradaros hóspedes. Fiz aniversário durante a estadia, falei para a funcionária, normalmente os hoteis dão um mimo Neste, nem parabéns. Me arrependo da escolha, nao voltaria a me hospedar, tambem não indico

La ubicación es bellísima y la cama es muy cómoda, las áreas del hotel las mantienen impecables y la piscina es preciosa. Pero lastimosamente en la habitación que nos dieron el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó bien y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación el segundo día, y el restaurante no tenía opciones de comida para mi, ya que soy vegana, y debido a la ubicación cerca del lugar no hay otros lugares dnd sea fácil conseguir comida así que tiene que tomar tu carro y manejar para buscar restaurantes. Nada de eso fue conveniente.

My wife, her two sisters, and all the husbands spent 5 wonderful days in this resort. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the beach every day and soaking up the breeze and the general a**osphere. Not a care in the world, except what we were going to have for supper. The resort restaurant negates the need to go anywhere else, although we did take the resort shuttle into Placencia to eat one great meal. The entire staff, from the housekeepers to the office staff to the restaurant servers, were polite, friendly, and knowledgable. We did not discover the infinity pool until the last day, much to our chagrin. It was only about 5 feet deep everywhere, so we could get our exercise walking in it. The five days of no worries at this fine resort made the flight on a small plane from Belize City to Placencia well worth the effort.

The best place to stay in Belize! My fiance and I loved our trip to Belize so much that we had to go back to spend more time at Itz'ana. The luxury Balinesian style resort was everything you'd want from a luxury resort without being overpriced or pretentious. The rooms are absolutely charming, elevated and clean. The pool was stunning with amazing bar service. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly, but CiCi is the best - you must dine with her!

We kind of been happier at Itzana. The people, the service, the quality of the grounds and accommodations at the villas On the beach were amazing.

The drive onto the Placencia peninsula is one full of anticipation. Suddenly we pull into the round drive of the Itz’Ana and the familiar Belizian warm welcome into a grand lobby. Without ado we are taken to our ground floor room with terrace leading into a sandy path taking us to the pool or sea. En route the landscape and layout is beautifully designed and the dark tiles of the pool are really effective and unusual. A lovely room and big bathroom, nicely minimalist decoratively. The reservation has to be the dining and food. On arrival a chalkboard notice inviting guests to a Caribbean buffet. At $75 US per person. Includes a glass of wine…! The continental breakfast is limited. Service, however, was excellent ( though we ate mostly in town) especially the pool bar cocktails.

This small luxury Hotel is a little heaven for a time out. We stayed at the Hotel part. The Resort is very well maintained and clean. The main pool is awesome. The Beach is permanently cleaned up. The Service is very friendly. Sometimes with some small Caribbean imperfections. The prices at the Restaurants are slightly elevated. But you can get any time at any place anything from the existing menus. The quality of the food was always very good. The Hotel offers a Shuttle service for same price as a Taxi.

I brought my family during their first visit to Belize and we invaded an entire villa. The rooms were so beautiful and comfortable with upscale finishes and design. We loved lounging in the private pools. The main pool is also fantastic with excellent bar service. The restaurant provided wonderful meals and cocktails. The grounds are immaculate and there are plenty of bonus hang-out spots within the common areas. Lastly but not least, the staff are generous with their hospitality and friendliness. We felt warm and welcomed the entire stay. An exemplary example of luxury and comfort. Hoping to make this a new family tradition! Thank you, Itz'ana!

Blown away. Fairly new resort but feels like a timeless, historic mix of Hemingway, colonial and Caribbean. The interior design, materials and grounds make it one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Absolutely gorgeous and literally on the beach. From inside to outside, there were no disappoin**ents and entirely delightful. We took pictures of every room in the lodge and every bit of the exterior dining and pool area to remember how beautiful it was. The service staff were excellent; all wonderful people. Extremely attentive, friendly and caring. But, the front desk and concierge service lags behind a bit. Not quite as energetic, not as on the ball, and made a few errors with our transportation and excursion schedules. So, keep on your toes with them. Food was fresh and very good, but not as creative and delicious as their sister resort Ka'ana. Drinks are good, but the wine list is really bad, even by the bottle. Unbelievable pool and beach areas. Fun snorkeling and fly fishing excursions were arranged by the resort and easy from the hotel marina across the street. Placencia town is short 15 minute ride and good for a night or two. We also dined at Turtle Inn, which was a treat. I've always wanted to stay at Turtle, but now having seen both, I'd vote for Itz'ana. Overall - Thrilled with the place, people and experience!
