Great hotel near everything Wilkes Barre had to offer. Clean, and very customer oriented staff.

It’s a great place to enjoy time off & stores are nearby

Conveniently located next to the arena for stays after a concert. Staff was all very friendly. Room was nice. Easily the best free breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The staff at hotel was very welcoming from the start of our stay to the end, hotel was clean throughout and has spacious rooms. Conveniently close to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is very clean. All the employees I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great stay.

We actually had to stay because of the weather, We were not supposed to stay overnight. But the Hotel was Beautiful and close to our Family. The Hotel staff was very friendly and Professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the Bathroom. The Shower didn’t have but one door, So when taking a shower it was cold.

This hotel is spectacular! In addition to incredible accommodation and cleanliness, the staff is amazing. I’ve travelled a lot over the last twenty years and I will tell you that this group of employees are by far the best at customer service. No other hotel even compares.
