My worst experience in booking, I had to stand up at the front deck for 2 freaking hours. I got to the hotel at 10pm and give the my booking information in which they disagree with the price I pay online and insisted I should pay what's in their computer. I rebook the hotel online and canceled the first booking, the manager had to keep me standing up front to call ******* to asked why the property was on promotion for the price I pay, and how ******* should take down the promotion from on the property. And insisted that ******* should pay the property before given my room key, at the is point I had stood up there for two hours by the time I got my room key it was 12:am
I booked for 2 night, i got my room key at 12am spent few hours by 5:30am I left and never returned to the property for my second night.
It seem I wasn't the only person that had the issue, the guy before me booked online and when he got to the property front desk, the starts to charge you a hold different price, and saying what on ******* isn't correct. You should cancel on ******* and pay what they asking at the property.
