公寓式酒店，房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，開放式廚房，電磁爐、有廚具，兩層樓，房子應該是有些年代，還有游泳池、健身器材，環境很好，附近有大華超市。

房間設施還行，但是早餐沒到時間就提前收了。停車要付10刀一晚

整體都不錯。如果住二樓，沒電梯搬行李麻煩些。

Service was great just wished the room felt cleaner and had new couches.

We arrived at 4pm no room was a available, was told to come back in a hour. They gave us a room on the first level as requested, no internet available was told to us the in the lobby. NO. Asked about the restaurant, they didn’t have one as advertised. They moved us to a room with internet but had a queen bed we paid for a king, no compensation. The free breakfast was watery eggs and bacon floating in grease, coffee had bubbles in it. Overall will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again

This is my second stay at this place and I booked it again because I really like this place before. This time however it took too long to check in (like 15 minutes) and some customers just don’t obey the noise rules. Party after 10pm outside and start playing basketball as early as 8am…it’s so annoying! Maybe the hotel can post more signs around to remind people stop making loud noise or talk loud outside from 9am - 10pm.

No elevator, all rooms are externally facing, there is one ice maker on property located in the lobby, the hotel is a converted property from an extended stay chain. Had to have the sheets changed upon arrival bc of dark stains on the bottom sheet. Needed batteries replaced in the remote. The continental breakfast is decent. The room is very quiet. The young man who maintains it is very personable and kind. It does have a small bar in the lobby. Guest laundry costs $2/wash $2/dry.

This was the scariest and most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. When we checked in and got our room keys we went to the room assigned only to find out someone else was in that room not only did we scare them but I was afraid the whole trip that someone could walk in on us the same way.

We were primarily looking for a two bedroom suite which they provide so we are happy about that. But overall, the website promises, made to order breakfast and on site small restaurant - both of which have been discontinued and that was a disappointment. The rooms do not come with some basic expected things like moisturizer. We asked for an extra comforter and they didn’t have that. Essentially it’s a great place if you are expecting an extended stay kind of experience but it is not what is advertised on the website anymore, it’s not a high rated hotel stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I didn’t know that this hotel had mostly exterior doors and although it was safe, I wouldn’t have booked it if I had realized that. The rooms were spacious and clean. The showers worked terribly. The breakfast was okay. A rowdy drunk person had the police called on them and it didn’t make me feel great when I saw 3 police cars pull up the same time I got there. Like I said, it was safe and the rooms were good, the place was clean but due to particular preferences I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we got into our room, we found a couple spiders in one of the bedrooms, the towels hanging had stains on them. They offered a texting services to request things needed. I requested more towels and didn’t get a response for over two hours then it told me to bring the used towels to the front desk to get more. They weren’t even going to bring it to our room. The rooms didn’t feel clean either. I had to wipe down the tables and counters because it just looked dirty.

room reeked of chemical smell m not sure if cleaning stuff and the carpet was moist, not sure if it is the weather. the showerhead was gunky and the stream was weak.

They allowed a party at the pool with unregistered guests. There were so many people at this party that the pool was unusable. We knew for sure these pool goers were not guests of the hotel because our room was directly under the party. It made for a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.
