Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

Отличный отель. Ежедневная уборка, чистота. Понравились завтраки. Прекрасное обслуживание, сотрудники оперативно решали все поставленные задачи. Особенно хочу отметить Вайшали, с которой активно взаимодействовали: внимательна, заботлива. Весь персонал отеля оставил хорошие впечатления. Отель рекомендую.

Отдыхали мы с мужем в марте (5-18.03.2023). Жили в 215 номере. Все номера выходят на бассейн.Отель соответствует своим 4*. Лёжа на шезлонгах наблюдаешь как в небе парят орлята и их гоняют вороны:). На выходные у нам приходил в гости сын со своей женой, администрация отеля разрешает посещение гостей. Если гости пользуются бассейном, берётся символическая оплата (( меньше 10 долларов за человека). Около бассейна часто появляется менеджер SHYAM, который следит за порядком и настроением гостей (фото приложила). При встрече уверенна он мимо вас не пройдет и обязательно поинтересуется настроением и вашими пожеланиями. Завтраки достаточно однообразные, но официанты обязательно вам принесут блинчики, омлет и т д., что готовится порционно именно для вас (больше/меньше перца, соли и т.д.). Очень милая и заботливая SANIFA, при встрече передавайте привет от Елены и Николая из Москвы.

Очень хороший отель в самом сердце палолема. До всех достопримечательных мест рукой подать, кухня вкусная, номера чистые, светлые и с отличным запахам. Есть собственный бассейн,ены очень приятные, однозначно рекомендую к заселению

Excelente hotel. Excelente servicio. El personal del hotel tiene una amabilidad indescriptible. Un desayuno bufet al igual que la cena que nos deleitaron con su variedad de platos. Un lugar de ensueño.

This my second time here. Probably best stay in South Goa .. They went beyond their way for my husband to make him feel special on his birthday.. staff is humble and kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food his wholesome

Nice hotel, location was superb..staff was very helpful and kind. Room was cozy and clean Suggestion to do Proper roaming of the resort and explain the near by to do list and places to Always add towels in room as per occupancy. Buffet food had lot of options and chefs and Food & Beverage team did a excellent job.

One of the best hotel in South Goa, amazing facilities, enticing meals, friendly staff and really well maintained garden and swimming pool. Palolem beach and famous restaurants are just at the walk in distance ( approx 3/4 minutes). Further, the market is at walk in distance too to enjoy Goa shopping.

The reception was very polite and courteous. The registration was quick and reception staff quickly escorted to our room. The rooms were neat and clean. One of the few resorts where the AC worked efficiently. Room cleaning was daily and change of towels, self prepared tea / coffee ingredients. Room with balcony had a pleasant view of the pool. Food was excellent with large spread for breakfast and dinner. The staff was very supportive. Chef preparations were excellent and liked the local goan preparations. Desserts were yummy. Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights and days. Beach is 5 minutes walk from the resort.
