科科斯海灘度假村(Cocos Beach Resort)

Estuvimos alojados en Palomem y fue nuestro restaurante para desayunar,comer y cenar. Con vistas y acceso directo a la playa. Cerveza muy fría. Muy atentos,comida variada, y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Dejamos nuestras mochilas allí para poder pasar el día fuera. Por la tarde un dj pone una música un poco fuera de lugar pero es lo de menos. Estaría mejor música chillout o música India.

One of the most unprofessional staff and management also food quality is poor and I can call it very very bad service. I booked my bookings from MakeMyTrip and I had specified i want ground floor cottage beach front which I had booked i called almost 2-3 times emailed the hotel and MakeMyTrip but I never got the rooms I wanted and management kept telling me don't book through MakeMyTrip and you should had booked with us directly if you wanted room of your choice I even had heated arguments with the management and staff which was waste as very unprofessional staff, the ac service was done while I was staying even room service was given on day 1 but day 2 the bartender Monu said ask your kids and family to come down and eat your meals in resturent there is no phone no one picks your calls and even check out I had to ask to take the bags till my car overall very bad experience so family must avoid such property.

The room itself and view was beautiful but a bit price a bit steep, i feel at that price there should be complementary breakfast included. We however enjoyed our stay, the staff is very hospitable and the beach is absolutely clean. There is a samson kayak next to cocos that is a worth going for as well.

Exceptional hotel experience! the staff was incredibly attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

Wonderful location and decent sea facing rooms. They tried best to arrange foods and make the stay comfortable. It’s not a very luxury accommodation but it’s worth to compromise comfort for the location. Not sure how safe it will be in rains though.

Service was very poor. Door of the room was hard to lock. Hotel restaurant was very average not a good ambiance. View from the room was beautiful.

There is no proper blanket, towel and tea cups. Showers are not properly working. Staff non cooperative. It's really bad experience. Not satisfied. But instead of this experience food quality is excellent.

Good location right on the beach, good staff and close to nature, real goa, best time before may must visit

Best property to stay on the beach absolutely in the middle of all the relaxation and fun. Wake up and take a dip in the ocean do kayak eat good food on the beach. Must stay but book prior as this is a prime property.
