The staff was rude, they were watching as we brought our bags in left the hotel and came back and even as we ate breakfast, it felt very uncomfortable! This town is known for judgement Becareful if you are indigenous you won’t feel welcomed!

We called to make sure the pool was open before we booked. When we got to the pool there was poop in the pool. We told the front desk and they closed the pool down. The only reasons we went to the hotel was for a pool for our kids to swim. I feel we got ripped off and waisted money.

Our only issue was that the accessible room was said to have a shower, but instead had a tub with several grab bars, and an adjustable shower head. This made showering more difficult for me, with a physical disability because I still had to step over a tub side. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Mckenzie River Pizza company off the lobby. Full service restaurant/bar. Easy parking even for large trailers. Multiple grocery stores and a Walmart across the street. Clean modern rooms, half have a lake view.

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the room was quiet. Barely ever heard the guests next door to me. The only thing that was not 5-star was the "free" breakfast. The powered scrambled eggs were nearly tasteless, and the sausages were pretty greasy. Not much selection offered. The coffee was also disappointing. But overall, this is a very nice place to stay!

Our only constructive criticism is that the HVAC made a whining sound that woke this light sleeper up every time the air circulation turned on and it was too stuffy to turn it completely off. Other than that it was an exceptional stay right down to the hot breakfast variety- excellent!

We were welcomed upon check-in by Drew. He became our go-to guy for our stay. We were sad that he was off on our last 2 days there. It's a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean overall, but they did not offer daily housekeeping. The food is decent at breakfast (we made fresh waffles), but the coffee was never good- not the regular, nor the decaf. We walked right across the street to Copper Mt. Coffee and that was good. Also, they say that the pool is heated to 85 degrees, but the water was very cold. We swim often & the water was not even close to being that warm. The hot tub was nice, but small. Not too hot and it had lights that change color in it. There was also a gym in there that was adequate and a laundry room (we didn't use). The room had a fridge & microwave and that was convenient. There was also a machine by the water fountain where we could refill our water bottles. We had a good stay and would stay there again.

There is a restaurant/bar just off the lobby that is very convenient. Fast food within walking distance if thats your thing. Shopping across the street. Half the rooms have lake views. Always friendly staff and clean rooms.

In two weeks of travelling and staying in Inns this is definitely the most favourable lodging experience we have had. Our initial checking experience was not as smooth due to ‘*******’ not transferring our booking confirmation over to Red Lion Inns in an ardently fashion

The front desk staff knows me and welcomes me with a smile when I arrive. They have helped me with what I have needed. I stay here a lot for work and it is a great home away from home.

I’d stay there again. Also a great sports bar/restaurant attached. Pets allowed and a great spot for the dogs just outside the building.

We stayed for 5 nights while in town for a wedding. The place was great. Rooms are nice and spacious, a great bed and the breakfasts were always excellent. If I am fortunate enough to be in the area again, I would stay here again without thinking twice.

Staff are nice and welcoming. Room is spacious and clean . Breakfast selection is good! Overall we are satisfied and we will be back!

The gentleman that check to sin was very helpful. We wanted a specific place to dine, and he gave us several options. Super nice man!
