It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

Wonderful stay we had in a charming 40sm appartement. Perfectly cleaned, soundproof and amazing thermic isolation. Regarding the location is perfect for a typical local experience far from the OVERCROWDED central streets and main sightseeing but easy and fast connections by metro and tramway in 20min max. The staff was very kind specially a young guy upon check out time on our last night (Saturday 4th Nov). We'll stay absolutely here for our next trip to one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. We highly recommend to assist to Opera concerts as they're very cheap comparing to western European countries.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

預訂了EA大使館布拉格酒店,幾分鐘後收到消息,酒店關閉了,我們被轉移到拉馬達布拉格市中心。他們沒有問我是否想要。當然華美達也是更差的酒店(雖然都4星)....還有,據Booking說我不得不付170歐元,但根據賬單說是等價於181歐元。首先我被告知那是由於我銀行的兌換率,這當然是胡說八道,因爲我在找官方的兌換率。

很棒的前台東西,服務也很棒!房間比我們(3人)預期的小一點。也是不錯的早餐選擇冷熱自助,但每天我們去過那裏都是一樣的,wich有點失望。下次還會選擇這個地方

對於一個5夜的住宿，我希望能找到一個更好的房間。 。 。 。我們在院子裡得到了110室。我們的房間靠近建築物的前門和混凝土樓梯間，因此所有噪音都被放大了，我們每天晚上都被進出建築物的人們保持清醒。 。 。 。這種情況一直持續到凌晨4點，所以整個住宿期間我們睡得很少，甚至我丈夫對在這麼晚的時候安靜下來的人們的要求都充耳不聞。沒有地毯，所以沒有東西吸收噪音。在我們的房間裡，我們可以聽到其他人的電視，人們在聊天，他們的手機在振動/鳴叫。我們樓上的人們三點鐘回到家。凌晨30點，在接下來的40分鐘裡繼續在房間內亂跳。我們在退房前一天也遇到了廁所堵塞的問題。我們外出時大約是上午9點將其報告給接待/管理處（男女）。在2點返回。晚上15點，又是一個不眠之夜，午後午睡，我們發現房間還沒整理好，於是又去了接待處，要求這樣做。下午三點，房間已經準備好了，進去時很明顯廁所沒有固定好。由於我丈夫必須使用它，因此我們不得不再次前往接待處，並要求一切暢通無阻。 。 。 。 。當我們那天晚上吃晚飯時，它終於修復了。我們很高興離開這個地方，我只能建議管理人員在110室住一兩個晚上，以確認我寫的內容。

The hotel was nice and clean. The receptionists were very nice and professional. The room was big enough and tidy. Breakfast is plentiful, you can find here pastries, jam, fruits, vegetables, cheese, salami, eggs, sausages, juices, coffee, etc. BUT! The restaurant was a disaster. It is in an open area right next to the reception, so new guests look you right in the mouth. The cold air blew terribly from the front door, so we had to sit in a jacket for dinner. The wine at 690 CZK was a tragedy, the taste was totally inadequate, which was no surprise when we eventually found out that you can buy this wine for 120 CZK. Unfortunately, the food also did not match the price. We were disappointed that there were too many people in the spa. We didn't even use The jacuzzi and pool because it was impossible to move around. To get from the pool to the sauna you have to walk through the gym. The only sauna was no problem in spa.

從這家酒店到布拉格（Prague）的主要火車站,坐有軌電車（26路有軌電車）衹要幾分鐘。 我一到酒店,酒店就給了我一間5樓的房間。 在前台區域的後面,就有一部電梯。我很高興我的房間在比較高的樓層,因為:如果你的房間所在樓層比較低的話,有軌電車輪子所產生的噪音會穿過酒店的前部, 一直傳到房間裏,而且聲音還比較大。 房間非常寬敞、乾淨,有兩扇大窗户,我對窗户倒不大在意,因為從我的房間,衹能看到街道對面的建築物。房間裏有兩張單人床、衞星電視和燒茶/煮咖啡的設 備,還有保存得很好的、放在冰箱裏的迷你酒吧。衞生間的東西非常好,酒店每天都提供非常乾淨、新鮮的毛巾。 早餐是自助風格的,在一個非常大的、像舞廳一樣的、非常舒適的餐廳進行,其位於最低的樓層。早餐的選擇很多很好。 坐26路有軌電車（電車站離酒店就100米遠）也可以到布拉格（Prague）的市中心,那裡有所有的景點,比如:Republic Square、舊城廣場（Old Town Square）、 查理士橋（Charles Bridge）,等等。坐電車衹要大約10分鐘。 我在布拉格（Prague）待了四天,對於遊覽布拉格（Prague）的許多美麗景點來説,這家酒店真是一個非常理想的基地。
