Excellent hotel, extremely clean and modern. Decent price, good location, great staff. Everything is fresh and new. We liked it a lot, if we come back to Prizren again, definetely it will be our one and only place to stay. Highly recommended!

We were given a very spacious room with a comfortable bed, overlooking a huge mall parking with ‘drive thru’ KFC. The hotel is rather new, but the airconditioning was as loud as one from the 1950s. This was recognised by the staff and we were offered an identical room for a surcharge, since the identical room had an extra bed (that we didn’t need). As we had to pay for the bill upon arrival and as we were charged extra for a decent cappuccino at breakfast, the impression of a hotel owner on a tight budget was created. Recommendation: raise your prices a little bit to allow yourself to be service oriented and generous.

Dubai 5 star level hotel smack in the middle of Kosovo! Gorgeous spa and pool facilities and the rooms were the most comfortable ever. Huge terrace, big wardrobes, with robes and slippers, international cable television and fantastic breakfast. The front desk staff were some of the most helpful I've encountered anywhere. I'd stay here any chance I got.

A modern hotel conveniently located next to a shopping center. We arrived to a freshly cleaned room and loved how large the bedroom and bathroom space was. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. While we did not have enough time to enjoy the spa amenities, they were an excellent feature. Delicious and comprehensive breakfast selection in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel.
