Υπέροχη τοποθεσία και πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. Όλα ήταν τέλεια από το φαγητό, εξυπηρέτηση οποιαδήποτε ώρα, οι πισίνες το υδροπαρκο 👍👍👍 Το προσωπικό είναι εξαίρετο, ιδιαίτερα με τα μικρά παιδιά. Οι μικροί μας λάτρεψαν τους ναυαγωστες στις πισίνες. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα

Séjour d'une semaine passée en formule tout compris dans cet hôtel (2 adultes et un enfant de 11 ans) du 11 au 18 juillet 2023 et réservé avec Leclerc voyages. Que du positif ! Un accueil charmant à notre arrivée tardive (23 h ) avec un repas qui nous attendait dans la chambre 😊 Un hôtel propre et un personnel d'une grande aimabilité et toujours aux petits soins pour ses clients. Un buffet impeccable, varié et délicieux.👌 Des services au bar toute la journée et toute la soirée 👌 Deux piscines dont une avec des toboggans pour petits et grands 😀 Des animations ( sans exagération) au courant de la journée et chaque soir dès 21 H30.🎉 Du beau temps au rendez vous avec des températures plutôt élevées 😄☀️☀️ Une navette pour vous emmener en bord de mer à la plage toutes les heures .🏖️ Un centre ville à proximité.( Avec de nombreux commerces, bars, supermarchés...)🤩 Possibilité de s'y rendre à pied 😊 Excursions à faire dans les environs en utilisant les lignes de bus locales ( coût d'un trajet pour un adulte : 1,50 EUR , enfant :0,75 cts ) , très avantageux et très bien desservi !🚍 En résumé un merveilleux séjour, je recommande cet hôtel 😍

Quelques jours d'escapade magique! 1 piscine au calme pour adultes et 1 piscine famille avec toboggans Logement en suite avec une superbe terrasse vue sur mer! 1 restaurant qui privilégie la QUALITE à la quantité avec un personnel d'une gentillesse... Cadre vraiment extraordinaire à flanc de colline construit sous forme de petit village! (très ) Petite équipe d'animation Plage à quelques kms mais navette depuis l'hôtel +sieurs fois / jour. Recommande +++ Location de voiture conseillée pour visiter Protaras et ses alentours avec parking gratuit à l'hôtel (! privilégier la boite auto car conduite à gauche!)

Hervorragendes Hotel! Sehr gutes Essen - sowohl beim Frühstück, wie auch beim Abendessen. Man kann nicht nur das Hotelrestaurant abends nutzen, sondern mit Reservierung auch ein hervorragendes Meze-Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragende Pool-Landschaft. Mit Mietauto oder dem Hotelshuttle kommt man schnell zum Strand. Als wir da waren, gab es ein Problem, da die Reinigungskraft aus Versehen die Zahnspange unseres Sohnes in den Abfall warf. Das gesamte Personal und vor allem der sehr freundliche, engagierte Hoteldirektor löste das Problem zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Wir waren begeistert über das Engagement und die hohe Kundenorientierung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικό. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και τα δωμάτια πάντα καθαρά! Τα παιδιά διασκέδαζαν στις πισίνες, τις νεροτσουλήθρες και στο βραδινό πρόγραμμα. Το all inclusive παρείχε τα πάντα για όλα τα γούστα!! Εξαιρετικό ήταν επίσης το μασάζ στο σπα του ξενοδοχείου. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Τέλος ένα μεγάλο ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ σε όλη την ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου!!!!

Great resort , very helpful staff. The bus is great. Lovely choice of food n drinks. Second time here in 5years. Deffo recommend this place. Water slides are good , pool are nice temperature. Here July 2024. 43 degrees at 6pm though air temperature. Scorchio !

Me and my husband and my 11 year old son have just got back from this lovely hotel. We had a great time and on late arrival there was sandwiches, cheese and crackers and water in our room which was great as we were all hungry after a long day. The staff at this hotel are excellent so friendly and go out of their way to help you. We spent most of our time around the big pool with the slides. The lifeguards were very friendly and great fun. There was entertainment on around the pool during the day and entertainment on a night time. The entertainers were great with the kids and we enjoyed the shows on the nighttime as well. All the staff were found were very friendly and a credit to this hotel. Special mention to Flouris the operations manager for coming to see us at the end of our stay to ask if we enjoyed our stay. My son had a great time meeting new friends and would love to come back. Cyprus is one of our favourite holiday destinations ☀️☀️

I am never one to leave a review but after staying at Louis St Elias I feel I have too. We stayed here for 10 nights and the holiday was nothing but fantastic. There were 10 of us in our group and not one of us could find anything negative about the hotel. The hotel staff go above and beyond and always look so happy to be there and to help. The hotel manager Flouris Yianmaki is the best I have ever come across. He is so involved and gets to know every one of his guests. We felt this was such a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious! There was a good variety and we enjoyed the themed nights as some all inclusive hotels can be repetitive but there were new dishes to try each night. The pools and entertainment were great, our baby girl loved the splash park! The free bus to the beach/centre was so handy and we could not believe we didn’t have to pay! Such a great added bonus. We just want to say thank you so much to everyone at St Elias for a fabulous holiday we will definitely be returning!!

Yet another 2 week visit to this amazing resort hotel... Firstly a special mention to the Operations Manager Flouris, he was there all day everyday making sure everything ran like clockwork and everyone received the best service, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Food/Drinks and waiters were amazing! Bar staff were excellent. Big thanks to Saaed for looking after us so well, and for making the best Mojitos we've ever had!! Also a big shout out to all the staff, especially - Pambos, Gaber, Gamal, Ashraf, Andrea - the list goes on! . My wife and I can’t wait to go back!! See you soon - Tina and Neil.

We are home a week today so thought I would share a review of our time there as a family of 4👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, rooms were big, comfy beds & everything you could need there. The one thing we would change next time would be to request a room, have seen lots of others through this page that had lovely views/balconies & closer to the pool, ours was no.24, right at the back of the resort, up quite alot of steps/ramps. The food was amazing! Good quality & freshly made🍲 We are plain eaters & quite fussy & loved everything! Very different from other all inclusive resorts where you get bored of the food after a few days! Highly recommend Meze, the food & service was amazing & our kids loved the kids meals! Drinks were great🍸 such a big choice compared to other all inclusive, the cocktail list is massive & we tried every one of them😂 good quality spirits & beer! Entertainment was great, lots of poolside activities through the day, minidisco & shows at nightime, all the girls that run the entertainment are so talented!💃 our youngest went to the kids club every day & sometimes twice, she just loved the girls that took it🙂 Staff are really what stands this hotel out from others! Every single staff member we came across couldn't do enough to help & were so friendly. This all inclusive resort is the first we've been too that has no additional extras or hidden costs. Could go and not spend a penny the whole time you are there! Highly recommend booking Ayia Trias Cruises boat trip, Organisation was top class, picked up straight from hotel & returned after our day out. We went on the 4hr trip with lunch included. The boat was spotless, great music & beautiful views & swim spots. Lunch was also superb👌 the highlight of our trip was seeing a sea turtle towards the end of our day, the captain got us so close too & even let the trip run a little over time just so we could all enjoy it🐢 Thankyou St Elias, hopefully not too long before we are back🙂

impossible to watch video or surf the Internet. Buffé is not to impress. poor selection. sushi with carrots and chicken is an example. poor selection of deserts. nice place otherwise but far from the beach and the city. in general is quite ok but not great

What an amazing hotel/holiday from start to finish. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to assistant manager Flouris he was there all day everyday making sure we received the best service, nothing was ever too much. Food and waiters were also amazing! Bar staff were equally as amazing! Another mention to Atef for making the biggest and best strawberry daiquiris I’ve ever had!! Although it’s a kids hotel the adult area was tranquil lying in the sun with only the noise of water and birds tweeting. Me and my husband can’t wait to go back!!

Fantastic hotel! We stayed over half term and can’t rate it high enough. Lovely clean, spacious rooms, with great facilities, the food was fabulous and the staff make it what it is, they are friendly and go above and beyond! We spent most of our time at the quieter pool but it was great to have the option of the slides and entertainment at the bigger pool. The evening entertainment was good, the bar / stage area was busy and sometimes there were not any tables but they did put out extra chairs. Drinks were made fresh and so much choice, the cocktails were great! Had a very enjoyable evening in the Meze Restaurant. You cannot find fault with this hotel. Little extras like the shuttle bus to the beach and the food package on late arrival made it even more special. Highly highly recommend. It has to be said, the staff are who make this hotel what it is. They are beyond lovely!

We had a fantastic holiday at this resort the staff could not do enough for you from the reception staff bar staff and the restaurant staff nothing was to much for them the food was to a very high standard lot,s of choice the messe greek restaurant was fantastic want to say a massive thank you to Andrea from behind the bar and flourish yiannaki the operation,s manager he always went out of his way to speak to guests and ask them if they were ok I would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will get the chance to visit again The bourne family from Coventry
