La struttura è’buona come posizione e verde, personale gentile. Per il prezzo che si paga non offrono nessun servizio. Non vengono effettuate pulizie in camera, non c’è il cambio biancheria , ti devi rifare il letto, la colazione( scarsissima) la paghi pezzo x pezzo, come al bar.uso dell’aria condizionata a pagamento. C’è’una discesa al mare ma le sdraio sono solo 6 e a pagamento. Praticamente oltre ai 220 euro al giorno, poi paghi tutto.Paghi da Hotel ma il servizio e’da pensione di 2 categoria. Piscina minuscola non curata, piena di mosche e insetti vari . Non tornerei

Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso!! Appartamento curati nei minimi dettagli ed immersi in una vegetazione mediterranea curata con lo stesso amore che tutto il personale dedica agli ospiti. Cristina e Davide cordiali e gentilissimi . Il Sig Nino un proprietà attento, simpatico e discreto. Torneremo certamente! Grazie per aver contribuito ad imprimere nei ns ricordi questo bel we! Ci tengo a precisare: Posizione strategica Colazione continentale varia fresca deliziosa Appartamenti bianche ed azzurri perfetti nella loro semplicità Materassi lenzuola e cuscini assolutamente comodi e pulitussimi

Ottima posizione e cordialità del personale. Purtroppo per il prezzo pagato la struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione Materassi in gommapiuma (che sicuramente hanno visto tempi migliori!!): docce con soffioni instabili e muffa nelle guarnizioni. Cosa un po' vergognosa visto la carenza di acqua, 8 minuti prima di avere l'acqua tiepida. Da valorizzare la presenza dell'acqua in frigorifero e la proposta di un paio di prodotti Siciliani ( olio e vino ) che sono stati molto graditi. Colazione un po' scarsa, quantità molto ridotte, anche se prodotti freschi e di qualità. Bella l'isola; per i camminatori sentieri tenuti benissimo!!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au sein de l’établissement dans la Junior Suite. Le logement était propre et impeccable, avec draps et serviettes. La terrasse avec vue sur mer était splendide. Une piscine et un jaccuzi sont présents dans la résidence au milieu de la nature. Le personnel est à l’écoute et toujours prêt à vous aider. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon.

Location in posizione comoda. Il fuori è molto bello ma gli appartamenti non rispettano assolutamente lo standard di prezzo. Luci rotte , doccia che si intasa, piscina piccola e sporca. Così come Idromassaggio. Colazione a pagamento e se anche fai menù di 8 euro puoi bere solo una bevanda e non due. Insomma ... un hotel ancora molto molto indietro rispetto agli standard della terra ferma. Si segnala inoltre un problema di natura sanitaria probabilmente non dipeso direttamente dall' hotel ma del quale sicuramente l hotel ci doveva mettere al corrente.. Io e le mie amiche in un appartamento così come l'appartamento sopra il nostro , abbiamo avuto e abbiamo tuttora un problema gastrointestinale serissimo con vomito importante e anche febbre. Siamo dovute ricorrere a medici e medicine. È possibile che sia stata l acqua del rubinetto non esattamente potabile? Alla nostra partenza in farmacia hanno detto che ci sono dei controlli in corso .

Rustikal italienisch, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Team und "Fausto", der Chef, immer gut gelaunt. Eigener Zugang zum Mittelmeer, phantastische Aussicht und anspruchsvolle Wanderwege. Nichts für Leute, die eine perfekte Anlage erwarten, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt... Kleiner Pool und Whirlpool auf dem weitläufigen Gelände laden zum "plantschen" ein.

Location e pulizia buone ma colazione troppo basica e soprattutto non accettabile l'extra di 3,50 per la spremuta di arance (dichiarato 4 stelle) . arredamento delle camere molto spartano. Diciamo che è un 4 stelle generoso. Spiaggia privata comoda ed utile per i ritagli di tempo. Gradita bottiglia acqua fresca in stanza come welcome e ritiro bagagli al porto.

Ottima la posizione personale gentile ed efficiente. Comoda nelle giornate di estrema calura la vasta e le piccole jacuzzi con acque fresca di sorgente, rigeneranti. Consiglio giro in barca dell'isola con Salvatore simpatico ed appassionato dell'isola, collegato al residence. da migliorare il wifi.

Travelled to Marettimo island from mainland Trapani - approx 90 mins. Met by staff who took our bags to the residence so that we could take the short walk. Beautiful remote island but busy little village with plenty of choice for restaurants and bars. Well defined paths for walking around the coast and across through lovely woodland. Residence had very friendly staff who were helpful. Apartment clean with everything we needed - small kitchen area even. Beautiful gardens and well maintained with small plunge pools. Loved it. Breakfast was good and beautifully presented in an area of the gardens. Supports sustainable living. Rather quiet with very few residents during our stay which was a surprise. Would love to return.

This place is ok if you only want a very clean room and a bed for the night. But it wasn’t ok that the pool was closed and the breakfast basic. The jacuzzi was available but freezing! It was the end of season but it is still our holiday and a bit more oomph would go a long way. And I thought that charging an extra 5 euros for fresh orange juice was out of order. But the lovely young girl with curly hair and a positive attitude and smile is a credit to the team.

My biggest gripe is that the hotel sent a car over to the ferry to collect luggage, then they bring it to the room. On the 2 minute drive, they damaged my case, which was perfectly fine when I gave it to them. Absolutely raging, especially as they did nothing to apologise or attempt to fix it or even source me a new one to compensate (they cracked it by what seems to have been due to dropping it, or perhaps it landing on something in the van they used, as the handle has a hole and the crack is then from the handle itself). I raised it with them immediately, but nothing. And it had a built-in scale so was expensive! Secondly, the facilities: the ‘swimming pool’ is a dipping pool. And it is dirty, with black marks on it. The hob in my (decent sized) room is cracked, and there are only two plugs, neither of which is by the bed for things like charging your phone so it is within easy access while doing so. A number of switches don’t work, and there is no key to the actual door, just to the slotted door, which is quite poor from a security point of view. The clothes drying rack outside is rusted, and there are no pegs to secure laundry. The lights in the room are dull, which I usually don’t mind, but I had all of them (the ones that worked) on, and it was still really dull. Finally, and most importantly, there is NO air con. There is a ceiling fan, but it has no benefit when to keep bugs out you have to keep doors closed. A simple bug screen would sort that out - on the balcony door it would then allow cooler evening air in, whilst keeping bugs out. Check out is early too - 10am. My ferry is at 2pm so not sure if I want to trust them with my suitcase again; I can only imagine the abuse it would have with them for four hours when in two minutes they wrecked it. On the plus side, it is a pretty location, and it is close to the village, but you definitely need to bring some water with you as the charges here compared to trapani are vastly higher. And some salt, oil and vinegar, as there is no prospect of buying individual sachets, so there is a risk of waste. I like the island, but the residence needs to sort out basic things before I would consider returning. I have no clue how it achieved the rating it has.

We stayed a week in an apartment with a view over the sea. The apartment had a spacious bed room, good bathroom and spacious living space including a small kitchen area. Outside on the terrace was a table with chairs and two more comfortable lounging chairs. The apartments are in the middle of a beautiful garden with lots of different Mediterranean plants. Breakfast was extra, 8 euro per person, and was excellent: yoghurt, fresh fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, ham/cheese, eggs and several sweet treats. The breakfast area is beautiful with some tables overlooking the sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. We did several walks, a boat tour around the island with Pippo and a donkey trek with Nino. Overall a great stay on this remote and beautiful island.

Just returned from Sicily having travelled with Inntravel. We stayed in what they call a "deluxe apartment". It is hard to think of anywhere less luxurious. It is a basic poorly maintained and dreary chalet with no comforts of any kind. There is a small kitchen area but I can't imagine anyone wanting to use it. External areas are OK although I am not sure that a couple of palm trees constitute a "tropical garden" and the jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast is the minimum they can get away with, albeit served in a nice location. Staff were very mixed, some helpful some not. Special mention must go to the girl in their reception booth who is disinterested to the point of being rude. I gave two stars rather than one because of the remote and quite attractive location although even that would probably have been better earlier in the year.

Immerso nel verde, con appartamenti di varie misure molto comodi, spaziosi, luminosi, e con tutti gli accessori utili, vi è una piccola piscina, una vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, da dove si ammira un paesaggio mozzafiato. La colazione è buona sotto un pergolato molto piacevole. Il titolare è signore gentile ed affabile. Vi ritornerò, spero.
