普羅沃華美達酒店(Ramada by Wyndham Provo)

The hotel was very dirty and old, and the layout was very odd.  Their staff weren’t smiley and were away from the desk most hot of the time. Wouldn’t go back there again

This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was great and very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a great start after a good night sleep. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean.

Good location, easy check-in, nice room and bathroom, good price. There was no coffee available at breakfast (the machine was out of service) or coffee pot in my room. Continental breakfast consisted of 4 cereal choices, milk, waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, white and wheat bread, and juice. The towels in the bathroom were well-worn and small. And when I checked out there was no 'how was your stay' asked. They knew.

The toilet ran on and off all night. It kept us both awake, finally at 5 AM I figured out what was going on and shut off the flow valve to the toilet. I think I should have got a discount or refund because of that, but no. Also, I am a Wyndham rewards member and spent and hour trying to figure out how to do Wyndham rewards to get the discount, but couldn't. It didn't do me any good at the hotel. Pillows were crummy.

I checked in kinda late at night. Property was well lit inside. Outside was lit well except for one small area. Creepy guys sitting in a truck there, but I just asked for a different location to park & enter. No problem at all. Young woman at front desk was really nice, personable & accommodating. My room was a reasonable price, clean, plenty of towels & the bed was super comfy! Check out is noon instead of 11am! That’s a big plus with me because I’m not a morning person! Nice fireplace in large lobby. That part of the lobby should be redesigned so lights could be dimmed to give it a cozier ambiance. Snow covered mountains are gorgeous and are so close I thought I saw a Yeti!
