洛斯蓋維朗妮絲酒店(Los Gavilanes Hotel)

Excelente servicio en todas sus instalaciones. Sus habitaciones son muy limpias. Tiene espacio al aire libre y piscina con ambientes agradables. Su ubicación está adecuada y cercana a los sitios turísticos de la cuidad de Pucallpa y Yarinacocha.

Reservamos por 2 noches pero al final solo nos quedamos una porque no nos sentimos muy cómodos. Es más pequeño de lo que parece, el cuarto matrimonial es pequeño (cama 2 plazas), las sábanas no se veían tan limpias, el colchón duro. Lo que más me gustó fue la presión y temperatura de la ducha. Queda cerca a la Laguna Yarinacocha pero no es una zona muy buena. Otro problema para nosotros fue que no todos usan mascarilla, sobre todo personal de recepción, no vimos que cuidaran ningún protocolo por covid. El desayuno sencillo pero sí estaba bueno. Destacó la atención del señor que nos recogió del aeropuerto, muy amable.

A well-run and clean Peruvian tourist class hotel. Breakfast is included, and is as good or better than breakfast included at US business class hotels. The mattress was fine for me and good by local standards — but thin and very firm by American standards. Staff were friendly and very helpful. When I went walking on a rainy day and got mud all over my shoes, the housekeeper was kind enough to help me clean off with a hose in the garden. Restaurant had plenty of offerings and I had a great fruit salad there (in addition to breakfast each day.) I thought this was a very good value for the money.

Excellent service staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. This is a very clean, family-friendly hotel with a great included breakfast, fast wifi, an onsite gym, and beautiful pool. The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Great location, good and friendly service. One of the good things in Pucallpa. There is various choices in the restaurant menu. Air conditioner, hot water and good internet connection. Pucallpa is a noisy town and this hotel is a way to have a quiter surronding in its room.

Great location, nice clean rooms with air conditioning and comfy bed. The pool is great, and the restaurant has many options to choose from. The staff is super friendly and I really appreciated the visible security, felt very safe.

Best hotel in Pucullpa! Nice room with a big shower and very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast as well. The restaurant has a variety of options and the kitchen will modify options available on the menu to suit any requests.

The vibe of the property was nice. Many Peruvian seems to stay there. Walking distance to Yarina. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Gym could use an improvement. The room had many bugs especially ants but we were used to it since we live in the jungle. Nothing major but wouldn’t mind staying here again
