Dreadful experience. First day had to be cancelled, as my friend became seriously ill with food poisoning. Had to travel 250 miles to see him. Second night was a nightmare, people upstairs banging on the floor and making a noise til 4.30 in the morning and my extractor fan in the bathroom was broken and was on ALL night. I could hear it all night, even with the door closed!! Complained to member of staff who told me to leave a complaint on their website. Didn't receive a refund and weren't interested in any of the issues. AVOID AND USE TRAVELIDGE, THEY ARE MORE CINDIDERATE AND HUMAN

Lovely spacious room, supplied a fan which was perfect for the hot weather this week. Staff were helpful & friendly, especially Anuja & Macy. They both went above & beyond. Especially liked Macy’s wine recommendation, a new favourite! I’d happily come again.

The rooms were very clean and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food and service in the adjoining brewers fayre restaurant was good. The location is ideal, as you are fairly close to Chester, Deeside, and Ellesmere Port. The car park is large and has multiple CCTV cameras. I will be returning again in July.

Could not fault anything had a great time staff very friendly will be booking it again in near future

Hotel looks shabby and is in need of renovation. I don't know if it is Premier Inn or their partners but there were not enough staff serving food and what was served was of poor quality. It's not a good look to have your bar staff bickering among themselves though they are ludicrously overworked.

Stayed here overnight whilst visiting Cheshire Oaks and Oulton Park. Nice big family room. Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall good value for money.

A surprise get away to celebrate my 75th Birthday, as keen photographers we wanted to visit Chester Zoo to see the new arrivals. We were made to feel extremely welcome with a complimentary bottle of Bucks Fizz and welcome card in the room on arrival. On the day of my birthday, a birthday card at breakfast and at the evening meal chocolates and another car. All staff were very helpful and caring. Thank you all for a memorable stay

I brought my husband here overnight and it’s great. Lovely clean room plenty of tea and coffee. Dom checked us in and he is lovely, I’m disabled and he really ensured we had everything we needed. I mentioned it was my husband’s 60th and whilst we were eating in the attached brewer’s fayre, he brought us a box of chocolates. Honestly we were so touched he really went the extra mile. I would recommend both the hotel and restaurant, we will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent stay here. Cillian on reception was brilliant from the moment we walked in the door. He couldn’t do enough for us. Evening meal was great, and breakfast was amazing. A good selection of food and drink, generous portions, plus deals on the cocktails.

From the moment I turned up… the lovely Anuja was most helpful and courteous! Great room comfortable bed loads of space in the car park! Cannot fault this Premier Inn and I stay in many for work! But Anuja made the stay more enjoyable!!! Best team at a Prem!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location, just 10 minutes away from Chester and 10 minutes away from Cheshire Oakes which was just what we wanted. Checked in by Killian, who was wonderful and chatty and ensured we had everything we needed. He was also back on in the morning to say goodbye too! Room was spotlessly clean and everything was just perfect. Thank you very much!

Clean and comfortable hotel, considering it’s by a main road it was quiet. Couldn’t really fault it if I had to be picky I’d say pillows were a little firm and creaky floorboards but that’s it. Reception staff very helpful and I liked that you could help yourself to extra tea and coffee for the room

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Great food, compliments to the chef. Very restful with a comfy bed. I would definitely stay at the Premier Inn Wirral (Two Mills) hotel again. A very good location to stay

Always a great stay here. Staff are extremely friendly. Booked in today by Anuja who was extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy rooms. Plenty of options on the Food Menu. Good night sleep. Breakfast is good. Does everything it needs to.
