Lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Se desviven por ayudar en todos los aspectos. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas con un pequeño balcón. No se oyen ruidos por la noche y eso q dejamos la puerta del balcon abierta. El desayuno es abundante y variado aunque no cocinen los huevos mas que para hacer huevos duros. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el sol de la mañana que reflejaba en la barra y nos cegaba. Cambiamos de mesa varias veces pero no acabamos de encontrar el Sitio. Lo mejor es que la dirección ponga unas pequeñas cortinas y asunto arreglado. Los dueños son los mismos que el hotel San Telmo en Sta Cruz de La Palma (donde tambien estuvimos unas noches). Se nota que deben tratar bien al personal porque habia muy buen ambiente. La situación drl hotel es muy buena también, delante del museo, por cierto muy interesante, y del centro histórico. Todo muy bien. El jacuzzi no funciona por el covid

Hotel muy limpio, habitación moderna y amplia, las camas muy cómodas. El personal super atento y amable, nos ofrecieron una plaza de garaje al ver que íbamos en moto para no dejarla en la calle. Dispone de una pequeña cafeteria que ofrece desayunos y tiene a disposición de los clientes agua, fruta e infusiones las 24 horas y totalmente gratuito. Sin duda si vuelvo a visitar la isla repetiré.

Superb location by the lovely downtown Los Llanos. Professional hotel staff, and a great cafe' in the hotel. Recommend the museum side of the hotel. We parked on the street ~150-200 meters from the hotel -- best to plan to park prior to arrival.

We stayed here three nights. Our room was at the front of the hotel with a small balcony overlooking the Archaeological Museum, we didn't really use the balcony as we preferred to sit on the roof terrace which had fabulous views. You can grab a beer via reception to take up to the terrace for an early evening drink. There is also tea & coffee available to make in the public area near the cafe entrance. Both receptionists were exceptional. The cafe which is part of the hotel serves a great continental breakfast, of which there are 3 choices, we went for the same on everyday, which included Muesli, yoghurt, fruits etc, it was very substantial and set us up for the day. There picnic lunch was great to. We walked to Pueto de Tazacorte from the hotel via the banana museum and got a bus back. We also did the Caldera de Taburiente walk (Taxi required) and this was spectacular. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi on the roof terrace was cold. The hotel is a very short walk, under 5 mins from the main shops & restaurants.
