It took lot of time to check our booking and give us our room
It was mentioned that check in is at noon and check out at 11am but after reaching hotel we are informed that check in is at 9am and checkout and 8AM.
Oyo staff was irresponsible when we called them and informed that we booked through ******* but the staff at hotel mentioned there was no booking on our name. No proper support in confirming our booking. We called them before reaching hotel in advance. We gave itenary number and they did not informed anything about not able to find out booking. But after reaching hotel they said they couldn't find the. Booking and made a scene. After 30 minutes struggle we are able to check in. Parking was small area. No one will bother how others will park. So we faced issue while removing our car from parking. Had to spend almost 30 minutes. Finally we give rating of 1 for ******* for zero help with support. When we tried to reach them their support number dint worked. For this kind of business they can not have support team working only between 9-7 . As we can face issue during check in they should have been available. So I don't recommend any one booking hotel through *******.

This hotal is very third class & and chiting bazz hotal, service is very low type, I book OYO for 4 month ago, but hotal ***ager asked de***d extra payment for room provid so not book this hotal, OYO not any support to me,

I Booked this hotel for October 2022 and I has paid in advance RS 10000/- For 4 Rooms for 4 days & Balance amount I have to pay on arrival, but hotel ***ager called me and asked for double amount other wise he will cancel this booking because he got More Opportunity to sale his room in higher price due to Durga Puja Don't Trust this hotel because They are Unprofessional
