With the app you are able to pick your room and check in time, regular check in is 3:00 which is what I chose. 3:00 came and went and my app said it was still getting my room ready. At 3:50 I went to the hotel and the room was still not ready. No one had notified me that the room had late check out. If you are allowing guests to choose a room and check in time, you should be notifying them if that room will not be ready on time. Front desk staff didn't seem to care that the room wasn't ready, while they did give us another room, the room had problems. The peephole cover wouldn't close, the towel shelf was falling off the wall, and the shower got water all over the floor. Front desk staff never greeted us when we walked in during our stay nor did they say goodbye when we would leave. They seemed uninterested and didn't care about guests at all. The room was clean, I will say that, but overall, not the best experience and this is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel.
