馬丘比丘費雷酒店(Hotel Ferré Machu Picchu)

Nice place, excellent price. Everything in walking distance. Train is under the window it can get loud but you probably will be to tired from hikes and won’t notice it as much ! Would stay again. Thank you hotel for helping with luggage storage and being super friendly!

Escolhemos este hotel para passar uma noite em Águas Calientes e aproveitar melhor a cidade, depois de ter ido para Machu Picchu. O hotel fica localizado entre a estação de trem e o rio que passa na cidade, sendo que o nosso quarto tinha vista para o rio, dormimos com a janela aberta ao delicioso som do rio. O quarto é amplo e confortável. O hotel tem um bom café da manhã também. Destaque para a equipe de funcionários, desde o prestativo José, que foi nos receber na estação de trem, até a recepcionista, que nos deu ótimas dicas da cidade.

The hotel in Aguas Calientes, is situated on the River… a very low key, unwelcoming lobby. This accommodation was included as part of a TripAdvisor Machu Picchu 2 day tour. After a full day of visiting/touring the historical site, we checked in very late afternoon. The front desk never gave us internet password, nor told us what floor breakfast following day would be on. We left for dinner and upon returning were told all electricity in bldg was being shut off at 4am following day…and we were given a single candle. What a mess…first of all, in USA, that alone is a code violation. Second of all, try waking up in pitch black at 5 am to get ready for a Machu Picchu tour, shower, pack dress w/ a single candles light…what happened to emergency flashlights?1 Terrible, unsafe, just downright insane.

We loved Hotel Ferre Machu Picchu. They picked us up in the train station with a sign with our name on it and escorted us the short walk to the hotel. Friendly check in & great breakfast. The hotel is in my preferred location too on the river at the bottom of Aguas Calientes. We go often for business/pleasure and will return again. THANK YOU!!!

O hotel é situado no centro de Águas Calientes. Fui recebida com um sorriso e simpatia. O quarto estava organizado e com roupas de cama impecáveis. Banheiro igualmente limpo e organizado. Café da manhã era farto, com frutas, sucos, frios, pães, geleia, manteiga, café, leite e etc. Ameiii

Hotel bonito, muy cómodo y limpio, el personal es muy atento y amable. sirven desayuno bufet buenísimo. lo mejor de todo es que después de mi visita a Machupicchu ellos me hicieron esperar mi equipaje en la estación esto ayuda mucho.

El emplazamiento del hotel es muy bueno brindando vistas increíbles. Sin embargo cuando el rio sube de caudal el ruido es muy grande en las habitaciones y las ventanas no cuentan con Termopanel. En ese caso sugiero pedir habitación interior.

This property was terrible. Not only is there noise from all the trains that are nearby, but you can also smell the exhaust within the whole building. The bathrooms were also not cleaned very well. Also, we were forced to cancel our stay here the same day we arrived due to a strike from the local railroad and Machu Picchu workers. The hotel did not offer any partial or full refund for the incovenience. We had to rebook and leave immediately because no trains would be running possibly for several days and we would not be able to leave Aguas Calientes which is only accessible by train. No cars or taxis can access this region. REALLY TERRIBLE

It is very well located, where the train arrives. Close to where the buses to Machu Picchu leave, places to eat and the craft market. Room 108, which I was assigned, has a very nice view of the river and appears to be well presented. However, it has poor air quality, since the air does not circulate and there is a strong sense of humidity. I couldn't tell if it was from the wall (it was recently painted), or from the mattress. I couldn't sleep because of it.
