Comment trouver un superlatif qui convient peut-être leur donner une sixième étoile, le personel a la réception est au delà de toute attente je n’ai jamais eu autant d’attention et de bons services avant et pourtant j’ai voyagé partout et sur tous les continents. Je ne peux que recommander l’excellent restaurant de l’hôtel un service à l’image des plus grands restaurants un personel souriant et accueillant. Ma chambre était parfaite, propre j’ai eu un surclassement à l’arrivée et bien sur j’ai visité leur spa j’ai obtenu une réduction pour le massage très apprécié puisque je revenais du Chimborazo je n’ai strictement rien à dire de négatif de cet hôtel et j’y retournerais les yeux fermés et c’est surement ce que je ferai à mon prochain passage en Équateur. Un grand merci au personel pour avoir fait de mon séjour un inoubliable.

Bien, pero despues de 4 noches fueron incapaces de tener la cortesia de permitir un late check out. A las 1200 fuera y el check in es a las 1600. Mal detalle.

距機場5分鐘路程。優秀的住宿條件。現代、高端建築。
床很大，桌子很舒服，而且很安靜。
很好的餐廳和優秀的員工。不能給它 5 星，因為互聯網很慢。除此之外，對於未來的住宿來說是理所當然的。
