留在拉巴特 - 海利亞德 - 高級住宅物業(Stayhere Rabat - Hay Riad - Sophisticated Residence)

On nous envoi un message sur watsap pour dire à quel heure on y sera, j’y répond, mais au moment où j’arrive sur place personne a la réception, obliger d’appeler pour que l’on m’envoi quelqu’un, ce monsieur nous dis désolé je doit faire vite car je suis pas en tenu…du coup il nous montre la chambre en 2 seconde et nous dis qu’il doit partir J’ai demandé un lit bébé, mais celui ci était cassé, désolant pour un établissement de moins de 6 mois. J’étais dans un appartement de 3 chambre, 2 lit double et 2 lit simple, sur la réservation on nous dit que l’appartement a une capacité de 8 personnes…je ne vois pas comment faire! La finition de l’appartement est moyenne pour 2000dh la nuit. La proximité avec le centre commercial (3 min en voiture) est appréciable. Le sous sol est appréciable pour y mettre son véhicule mais faut que quelqu’un fasse quelque chose pour organiser les véhicules car le dernier jour j’ai mis 1 heure pour sortir parce qu’il a fallut que je frappe moi même à tous les appartements pour que la personne qui bloquer le passage avec son véhicule vienne le déplacer pour me permettre de sortir parce que le personnel ne voulait pas frapper aux portes pour ne pas déranger les gens…paradoxe ou foutage de gueul…

This place might look great in the pictures, but the surrounding area is filled with construction and garbage and it is on the outskirts of Rabat, which means you will need to have your own transportation to be able to move around. There is no front desk, just a person by the door, and if anything goes wrong with the apar**ent, there is no one to fix it or take care of it. We had no air conditions during our recent stay, and the apar**ent was warm and stuffy, and the answer we received was that the technician works from 9 am to 9 pm only. We couldn't open the windows because of bugs. Worse, we lost power 5 times during one night, and there was nothing they could do about it because the technician was gone. The water was hot one minute and then turned icy cold afterwards. The apar**ent was fairly new, but it seems that it was not well maintained. You couldn't sit on the toilet without making a loud noise no matter how much you try to be quiet. The TV in the living room was large and there was a nice couch and two chairs, but the couch does not turn into a sleeping sofa as they tried to describe it. There is also one remote control for the living room TV and main bedroom TV, so you could only watch one tv at a time, which is ridiculous. All in all, this was a very disappointing experience, and being offered a free breakfast in the morning to make up for all the screwups was a slap in the face. Find somewhere else to stay in Rabat and stay away from this place.

Notre séjour s’est bien passé, l’appartement est confortable et la propreté au rdv. Le personnel est a l’écoute et agréable. Nous recommandons pour un séjour à rabat

Property is brand new and well kept. Except construction defects in the property, Stayhere team is awesome in service. We will definitely stay again with Stayhere next time.

The spacious two bed apar**ent was very comfortable, it was very clean and had housekeeping every two days. It was very useful to have a washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped with kettle microwave and coffee machine Easy walk to the two shopping centres
