拉巴特總站奧諾莫酒店(ONOMO Hotel Rabat Terminus)

I did a duplication booking and i was not reimbursed even if the room was cancelled on my arrival and the hotel was full. I have tried to contact the reservation manager and called her 3 times on the phone and wrote 4 mails and no answer. I have used this hotel chain in the past but i do not think i will choose it again (nor TRIP.com as they were not able to solve this issue either).

Le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner étaient bien

L’équipe du Rooftop de ce lundi midi 6 mai a été absolument odieuse et non professionnelle, particulièrement la jeune femme, mais pas seulement. D’abord aucun d’entre eux n’a accepté d’ouvrir un parasol pour abriter du soleil ma femme enceinte, prétextant que les parasols fermés « ne marchent pas » ; lorsque nous avons changé de place quand une place a l’ombre s’est libérée, ceux-ci n’était visible net pas content d’avoir à déplacer nos plats ; puis une rafale de vent à fait tomber notre parasol sur le visage de ma femme. Aucun membre de l’équipe n’est alors intervenu. Pire, alors qu’ils avaient vu les parasols bouger dangereusement avant, que je retenais pourtant depuis un moment, la jeune femme a répondu sans une seule excuse que « c’était ça un rooftop » et « que c’était la faute du vent » avec beaucoup d’insolence et aucune empathie. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet endroit dont le staff se moque de la sécurité et n’a visiblement pas du tout envie de travailler. Nous souhaitions qu’un membre de la direction de l’hôtel prenne contact avec nous pour des explications. A fuir.

L'emplacement est très bien si on cherche à être vile. La qualité du service est très bien. Tout le personnel est attentionné et professionnel Cependant, la qualité de la literie reste à désirer. J'ai passé une mauvaise nuit à cause du lit qui semble bien usé. Aussi, la taille de TV est trop petite par rapport à la taille de la chambre que nous avions

The Hotel is in a confortable location next to the main train station. At the reception staff is polite and educated. Wifi works well. The best was the rooftop terasse with a magnifinat view. I had a Buffet with a good assortment. What realy makes me give a medium rating was the room which on the single positive side was that it was clean, on the negative side - no pressure on the shower and was hard to finish - poor batchroom - poor room without any carpet and old decor Breakfast Butet was normal: No cutlery and napkins on the table and week service. At all I felt sad in the Hotel.

This hotel was nice. Our room was comfortable and pleasant. The location was good for touring Rabat and it’s not too far from Casablanca. We would stay here again if we are back in the area. Staff was friendly and room was clean and adequate. No issues.

I had a prepaid booking for three nights at this hotel with two other travellers. The first day of my reservation, I called and the hotel to inform them that I won’t be coming this day and will arrive the next day for the two remaining nights and that the two other travellers will arrive as planned. They front desk confirmed taking note of my request. Today I arrive at the hotel to do my check in and they can’t find my booking and the hotel is full. The front desk guy confirmed that he had received my call yesterday but forgot to communicate it to the reservation team. After two hours of waiting time they suggested to me a room in their less rated half priced partner hotel. When I refused and asked to book for me an equivalent hotel they refused and refused to provide a refund. I explained that I have travelled 3 hours to be here and have a conference tomorrow at 8:00. They kept wasting time and refusing to come up with an acceptable solution. Three hours later I arrived to another hotel that I had to book and pay even though I have already paid for this night at their hotel. Please don’t go there they treat customers carelessly and with no respect.

Excellent emplacement central . Chambre calme côté court / malgré cela une très mauvaise insonorisation avec la chambre d à côté / bruits de conversations et portes qui claquent . Matelas moyen pour un hôtel à 100€ la nuit. Chambres méritent rafraîchissement Bonne liste de chaînes tv . Bon petit dej et du choix à part le jus d orange concentré qui pourrait être du jus pressé …. Présence de chats ds la salle du petit dej et ds les étages ….rooftop sympa

Excellent emplacement. Accès à toutes les attractions à Pieds. Personnel professionnel et chaleureux. Mention spéciale à Hassan pour ses conseil et au personnel de l'accueil toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement pour un déplacement professionnel en particulier.
