Rooms are good and clean. Mosquito repellent should be there. Food is good. However, limited items were there like idly poha n upma.

Good food, nice room, overall good option for staycation. You can have imagica one day trip nearby and then can stay here.

Hotel amenities in the room are under maintenance. They haven’t repaired it . The hotel building is in under construction. Hotel staff was found to be cooperative and supportive. Need to improve infrastructure of the rooms

We have following points to share: positive points 1) near to imagica 2) room are spacious negative points 1) room service are very poor 2) land line phone out of order 3) wifi facility under maintenance 4) a c very noisy 5) hotel is running with very less staff. 6) hotel is not allow for early check in ( before 1 hour. All in all very bad experience.

The place looks like a horror movie shoot bungalow from the outside. The entrance is dark, with half the roof ceiling broken, inside there's no such thing as a reception, just a study table with a desktop and no one to attend. I had to wait 15 mins then speak to the restaurant waiter to call someone to attend me, went upstairs first floor where the rooms are, i said i have booked a super deluxe room, the guy showing me the room said all the rooms are the same, so even if u select a super deluxe or a normal room, u will get the same, i didn't mind as later i was given a room big enough for 6 people to sleep, later when we came into the room in evening i was surprised to see a parade od red ants marching thru the floor and i was traveling with 2 kids so it was a scary scene for me, i called the reception and the guy came and broom-ed and mopped the room but later again the ants came in, somehow we survived 2 days. Food at the veg restaurant is selective but good, room on the inside is also good but they don't even turn the passage light on in evening we have to tell them to turn on, housekeeping maid finishes shift at 5 pm, post that some inexperienced guy will come to serve you, on my checkout i had to wait approx 30 mins for the housekeeping guy to come and carry my luggage down. This is such a prime spot being less than 5 mins walking distance from imagica main gate. Disappointing infrastructure, but if u r looking for a cheap stay then it's good.

Location fine - non veg restaurants and bar around, food vegetarian, lift not yet commissioned, fixtures in room not maintained well but courteous staff

Hotel room was good. Food is also good. Overall a good option for stay if you are planning to visit imagica which is just across the road.

Unprofessional staff, pathetic food, rooms were in very bad condition. Moreover bedsheets and bathroom were full of dirt. Tv was not working too!

It was just disappointing as the price point which we booked it. Tariff was too high fr the quality of stay. Bed linen wer too dirty n room floor was also unclean
