Travelodge by Wyndham Harbor City

Essentials in room. Good Location

Was checking in late and around 10 PM I got a call if I was coming because it was the last room and they wanted to rent it to somebody else. Strange call because I was gonna be charged regardless if I showed up or not. We arrived and the lady said we got the last room and apologized about the poor condition of the room. She said she would move us to a different room the next day when one came available. She was right dirty sheets with old carpet with big holes in it. Old beat up furniture with pieces of cardboard underneath the legs to level it out. Damaged walls the room was in complete disrepair. We left early the next day when we came back at 11:00 the next night there was a crazy homeless guy washing himself with a hose in front of the stairs to go up to the room. I had my daughter with me, so I locked my car and walked in the office and asked the lady to remove the man so I could go to my room. She walked out and told the man what was he doing here he had to leave and we walked fast to our room. When I checked out at 6 in the morning there was an old bike parked in front of my door and there were were cigarette buds all over the floor and the guy on ***** heard us and grabbed his old bike and took it in the room. This place is horrible and needs an on property security guard badly.

We arrived late at night since we drove up from San Diego, the lady who checked us in is so sweet and was very helpful. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty in the corners. The bedding was just a sheet and very thin bed spread almost as thin as the sheets. It was a little cold and there weren’t any blankets stored anywhere. There were only three pillows? No extras stored anywhere either. The channels available on tv were mostly sports channels. No variety of movies or shows to watch late at night. I was expecting more from a Travelodge since I’ve had good memories of staying at Travelodge as a kid when my family traveled. Times have really changed, sorry, I wasn’t impressed.

This property was well worth the money its no hilton but definitely efficient enough for all the events we had planned for 4th of July weekend in long beach. The appearance is exceptional I loved the blue doors and black railings installed throughout the property and the rooms were much bigger than I expected. We will be staying again.

This place is very clean and spacious, we got the double king beds rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Meena Patel made great effort in making good accommodation for the family. The location may be further away from central LA but it was definitely worth the stay!

Service was ok. He tired to give a good room. Asked me if I wanted ground floor or 2nd floor. Room is clean but small, no view, no blankets, high noise from street. Shower and sync water flow was weak. Could be just this room, others might be ok. Location is good. no issues there. Parking could be a problem if more people were there.

Aunque tenía una reservación confirmada, ésta no fue respetada porque se le asignó mi habitación a otro huésped y no tenían más habitaciones disponibles. Se me hizo un reembolso, pero tuve que buscar otro hotel. El hotel se ve horrible y está en una zona fea y peligrosa, y se oía mucho ruido desde un cuarto, así que en parte agradezco no haberme quedado ahí. No recomendaría este hotel, huyan.

It was exactly what we needed: a clean comfortable place to sleep in. Great price, plenty of local places to grab a bite to eat. It wasn’t fancy but it delivered on the basic needs: place to park, clean beds to sleep in , microwave & fridge, & very clean towels. I highly recommend it.

Sólo faltaría un velador cerca de la cama. Un poco ruidoso el aire acondicionado. Pero todo muy lindo y funcional
