This facility was first class. This time of the year local dining options were very limited. However, the hotel restaurant was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recommend this hotel! The room was great and we loved the sauna and cocktail lounge/restaurant. This hotel is next to some train tracks, if you’re a light sleeper best to request a room away from the tracks with a lake view. We didn’t have any trouble with train noise in room 301.

We had a fabulous stay at the Cantilever! The a**osphere and decor was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommebd if yoyre lookkng gor a unique experience!

Comfy cozy place to stay when we drove up for a day of fishing on Rainy Lake. It’s a unique location with a very busy train station and train noise but it seemed to fit some how?

Such a cool vibe! Loved the bar/restaurant. Loved the room. Loved the hot tub/sauna. The Cantilever is a hidden gem in little Ranier. We highly recommend for anyone heading to northern MN for work or for play.

Trains. Trains. Trains. Trains. No sleep. No sleep. No sleep. Why doesn’t the hotel mention on the website it’s 30’ from a very busy international crossing railway????? Holy crap. Very clean hotel. Great beds. Nice attempt at boutique hotel but did I mention the f$&@ing trains!!!! Horrible.

The hotel, distillery and restaurant was all great. Clean and shiny! Only complaint is the claw tub in the bathroom. Very challenging getting in and out and showering. Dangerous for us seniors!
