Amazing customer service.very cosy and the best restaurant offers a variety of amazing traditional food and cheeses

Sıkıcı şehir hayatından sonra kısa bir tatil yapmak için buraya geldik. Resmen yeniden doğdum! Akşam yemeğinde doğal salata carpaccio ve tavuk çorbası vardı. Ana yemekte ise kaburga ve biftek vardı. Her şey muazzamdı. Günümüzü güzelleştiren sohbetiyle ve servisiyle Fitim zenelaj’a çok teşekkür ederim. Yemekten sonra havuzun tadını çıkardık. 4 saat uyumama rağmen sanki bir gün boyunca uyumuş kadar dinç uyandım. Havası inanılmaz güzel resmen doğanın içindesiniz. Etrafta biraz yürüyüş yaparsanız doğal dağ çileklerinin tadına bakabilirsiniz. Açık büfe kahvaltı ise tek kelimeyse muazzam…Petlla, mükemmel tereyağı bal kaymak ve ev yapımı yoğurt vardı. Ayrıca servis konusunda bize yardımcı olan Realdo’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Herkes güler yüzlü! Buraya gelip doğanın, yemeklerini, güzel servisin tadını çıkarmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Nous passons un moment des plus agréable depuis notre arrivé en Albanie dans cet établissement. L’accès à hôtel est facile d’accès via Google map et les panneaux d’indication. Le parking se trouve au pied de l’établissement. A notre arrivé la réception nous attendait avec les informations nécessaires, nous avons eu de l’aide pour porter nos bagages ce qui est appréciable après plusieurs heures de routes. Nous nous sommes rendu dans ce lieux car il est un point central pour les balades en montagne, il y a un restaurant, une piscine, un sauna et un service de massage. Idéal pour notre évasion en couple pour notre voyage de noce. Il règne une atmosphère propice à la détente, la rêverie sans oublié les rencontres et les discussions avec le personnel, les amis des responsables et même le directeur de l’établissement. Le sourire et l’amabilité des gens est un apaisement pour l’esprit. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur, les chambres sont confortables, propres et joliment décorés. Je n’ai jamais eu des serviettes aussi épaisses c’est un plaisir. Des peignoirs ainsi que des tongs vous attendent pour vous rendre à la piscine . La piscine est magnifique, le restaurant a beaucoup de charme , la nourriture est excellente et varié. Le petit déjeuner est une belle découverte loin des buffets que vous trouvez au quatre coins de monde, de l’authenticité vous attends si vous poussez la porte de cet établissement. This place is amazing, it lays in the middle of nature and the views are so good. The food is traditional and very tasty. If you go I totally recommend the artisanal ice cream, one of the best we have tried. The service was also one of the best. Realdo helped us navigate the menu and made some nice recommendations. He was kind, quick and knowledgeable. A must visit.

Good rooms and really good surroundings with walking routes close by .. It was our second visit having stayed for a few days last October but we really wanted to go back and enjoy the natural surroundings and some relaxation. What stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners who are willing to go out of their way to help you enjoy your time .. Suspect this won’t be our last visit !

One of the best places I've ever been in Albania. We've spent 3 nights during the week at Natyral Razma, relaxing in the beautiful nature of this incredible resort. The food was excelent, some of the most authentic traditional dishes of Albania prepared with care and with fresh selected ingredients. A very welcoming staff ready to accomplish every single request! Thank you Natyral Razma!

A great place to stay in Razëm. Clean rooms and exellent service. The place is calm and intimate yet fun and provides activities (the pool, sauna, massages, etc.) either for a group of friends, couples or families. I will definitely visit again.
