Clean, kindness, close to station

Nos encontramos con insectos (chinches) en la habitación, la limpieza no fue la mejor, las sabanas no tenían buen olor. La puerta de baño es de cristal y por las noche al entrar al baño se ilumina toda la habitación y se pasan los olores, la regadera sin iluminación. No hay estacionamiento en el hotel, hay que llevarlo a un estacionamiento publico a unos 500 de distancia y cuesta 20€ diarios. Esperaba mucho más, ya que fue una recomendación. Al final me hicieron una pequeña compensación por todos los inconvenientes, pero eso no es lo que se busca.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Abba Sans. The customer service staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy. They held our bags as we arrived before check-in time and they upgraded us for free when we did check-in. The rooms were very clean and newly updated. The bathrooms were very spacious and the shower was luxurious. They had every amenity there in case you didn't bring it down to a toothbrush and toothpaste and a complimentary bottle of water. The room size was to be expected as most European hotels are not that spacious, but there were enough closets and I didn't feel cramped. The location is great. We walked everywhere although the bus station and metro were very close if we chose to use them. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful room in a lovely hotel! We had a large comfortable room with a balcony looking over the river. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooftop bar is really nice, and the breakfast was good. Abba is located in a perfect spot on the river, easy walking distance to Old Town, the beach, and public transportation.

The hotel is immaculate and the rooms tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the daily bottle of water in our room and the nespresso coffee machine with four coffee pods each day. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and delicious. The rooftop bar had stunning view to the old town and the bar staff are absolutely delightful and so helpful with local knowledge. The hotel's location cannot be beaten for exploring the new and old town! The only time we didn't walk was for traveling to and from Bilboa airport - for which the main bus terminal is a short ten minutes walk away (if that) along the river. The hotel has a small gym with limited equipment but good for a quick workout. There is no need for a pool as there are numerous beaches close by.

Me encanto este hotel es súper bonito y, es ideal si quieres hacer todo caminando. Está cerca lugares turísticos pero alejados lo suficiente para no estar en medio del ruido. Tiene muy buenas habitaciones con excelente amenidades, el gimnasio muy bueno y el desayuno también.

Nice hotel, great location. But to bring up the standard of the rooms, they need to be quality checked. We had a curtain hanging off hooks and mould around shower. The curtain took me 1 minute to fix and the mould just needed a little cleaning. We mentioned but not really taken seriously!

Parking was not essy even though the hotel offered a discount. Room service was poor. The roll was not cleaned well. Also the sound carried. You could here the neighbors in the adjacent room very clearly.
