Ωραιες εγκαταστάσεις, φιλικο προσωπικο ομως μερος αυτου μη εκπαιδευμένο για 5στερο ξενοδοχείο. Στο μπαρ της παραλιας η εξυπηρέτηση έπιδεχεται οπωσδηποτε βελτιωση. Αναμονη για να δώσεις κ να λάβεις παραγγελία κ γενικα το σερβις δεν ανταποκρίνεται κατα τη διάρκεια της ημέρας στις τιμες. Το βραδυ που δεν εχει κοσμο ολα καλα. Η παραλία με βοτσαλο κ πετρες κ ο βυθος το ιδιο. Οσον αφορα το δωματιο ωραιο κ οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρο οπως κ γενικα οι εγκαταστάσεις （αρχικα στο δωματιο καθαρίζανε τα πανω πανω αλλα μετα που το επισημάναμε στην κοπέλα ειμασταν πολυ ικανοποιημένοι） Οι εργαζόμενοι συνεχώς με μασκα κ γαντια.Το πρωινο ικανοποιητικο οχι κατι ιδιεταιρο. Εκει το σερβις πολυ καλο.Ισως αν υπηρχε περισσότερο προσωπικό να προλάβαιναν γενικα τα παντα οπως πρεπει.

Forse un po' troppo internazionale, ma ci sta. Il personale è il fiore all'occhiello. La struttura è pulitissima. La spiaggia è tra le più Belle dell'isola. La colazione è perfetta. Pranzo e Cena, non hanno soddisfatto la mia aspettativa, ma fa parte del format. Quindi ci sta... Per il resto, vacanza meravigliosa...

Quest'anno con mio marito e una coppia di amici abbiamo deciso di trascorrere le nostre vacanze in questa isola, Samos, che si è rivelata una piacevole e meravigliosa scoperta. La struttura scelta, grazie alla mia super agenzia viaggi è stata proprio il Proteas Blu Resort, pernottamento e colazione. Le nostre camere 604 e 606 erano situate nei bungalow vista mare, non distanti dalla piscina e dalla spiaggia. Non troppo grandi, ma molto carine e moderne, così come il bagno, dove c'era sia vasca che doccia, il tutto molto pulito. Ogni giorno ci facevano trovare bottigliette d'acqua e anche regali (borsa, vino, cappello, braccialetti, magliette e biscotti). La colazione era molto varia ed abbondante, c'era l'imbarazzo della scelta. Abbiamo provato la cena greca, davvero squisita e quella presso il ristorante sulla barca proprio sopra la spiaggia. Il mare del resort è veramente splendido, in spiaggia regna la pace e la tranquillità, anche se noi ne abbiamo usufruito poco, perché eravamo sempre in giro (noleggiato auto tramite struttura). Che dire, è stato un dispiacere dover rientrare. Resort super consigliato.

Hotel un pò datato, bagni vecchi e datati ma abbastanza funzionali. Ottima la spiaggia riservata ai soli.ospiti d hotel, bella la piscina, ridutto il menù d ristorante di pesce e limitato quello d ristorante PANORAMA quando la cena è a la carte. Soddisfacente il room service, Ottima la prima colazione. La differenza in positivo la fa la disponibilità del personale.

Struttura con vista spettacolare ed unica!!!!!! Tutti i particolari sono ben curati, la spiaggia si trova in una baia meravigliosa ed e’ privata non chiassosa, di una bellezza unica!!! Ambiente silenzioso e rilassante!!!!!!! Il personale e’ molto attento e scrupoloso ad ogni richiesta! Consiglio la camera zona pool! comoda e funzionale a tutto. Ringraziamo in particolare la signora Matilda (camera 631) per le ottime pulizie e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità! Ringraziamo tutto lo staff reception, cucina, area pool e spiaggia per la disponibilità e gentilezza. Vacanza al top!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pregi e difetti in sintesi: I pregi: posizione incantevole, spiaggia (privata) incantevole. Zona piscina e zona bar stupende. Camera ampia e luminosa. TV con possibilità di vedere la tv italiana (le tre Rai). Personale cortese e professionale. Prima colazione a buffet con ampissima scelta. I difetti: bagno della stanza un pò datato (con vasca da bagno e docciatore ....), cena a buffet non all'altezza delle aspettative. Posso dire di essermi trovato molto bene, trascorrendo una settimana in pieno relax. Qualche aspetto può (e dovrebbe essere) essere migliorato. Luca

Nous avons séjourné en famille. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel vu tous les commentaires positifs que nous avions lus. Force est de constater que la demi pension est plus que minimaliste… Tout d’abord, un seul restaurant est accessible. Rien de très mauvais, rien de très bon… Cuisine banale sans originalité, surprise, très peu d’herbes aromatiques… Cuisine très répétitive Côté chambre, on entend absolument tout de chez les voisins La salle de bain est très vieillotte avec un seul évier et encore un bidet !! Bref, vu le prix payé, je pense que si j’avais su avant tout cela, jamais je n’aurais été dans cet hôtel qui paraît-il serait un 5 étoiles Sinon pour finir par du positif, très belle piscine et plage.

Zuerst das Gute und sehr Gute: Der Strand ist ein Traum, wenn man Kiesel mag, das Wasser ist super klar und sauber, es gibt Liegen, frei aufgehängte "Doppelbetten", die einen in die Erholung schaukeln, runde, beschattete Liegeflächen und natürlich den Poolbereich für alle, die das mögen, jedenfalls Platz genug für alle. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick sehr in Ordnung und sauber, auch wenn das Bad eine Renovierung gut gebrauchen könnte. Üppig blühende Bougainvilleas, ein fantastischer Blick aus dem Panoramarestaurant auf das Meer und das türkische Festland. Wäre alles perfekt, gäbe es nicht das Problem mit der schlechten Küche. Die sehr guten Essensbewertungen anderer Gäste kann ich mir nur damit erklären, dass der Koch inzwischen gewechselt hat. Die Qualität des Essens ist für ein 5-Sterne-Haus nicht akzeptabel. Beim Frühstück findet man immer etwas, auch wenndas Rührei aus dem Kanister ist und ich seit Tagen vergeblich auf so etwas wie geräucherten S*****en und kross gebratenen Bauchspeck und guten Käse warte. Und es gibt nichts frisch gemachtes, keine Omeletts oder Pfannkuchen etc. Richtig störend ist die miese Qualität am Abend. Das Essen riecht und sieht aus wie Kantinenessen und so schmeckt es, kaum gewürzt, verkocht, fantasielos, keine frischen Fische, nichts Gegrilltes. Gut ist nur die Weinauswahl. Wir haben zwar Halbpension gebucht, werden aber jetzt immer mehr in den nahen Ort Pythagoreio ausweichen, weil uns das schlechte Essen die gute Laune vermiest. Zum Glück sind die Taxifahrten günstig: 7 Euro hin und 5 zurück. Die im Prospekt versprochenen Sonderrestaurants gibt es auch nicht, alles angeblich wegen Corona. Fazit: Hotel nur mit Frühstück buchen und ansonsten auswärts essen!

We visited Proteas Blu in July 2023 and we had an amazing time. The room was clean, house keeping was immaculate, everyone in the resort was highly attentive and always ready to help, even without us asking. Golf cars were taking us to the beach and back any time we needed it. We went to Cavo beach bar often and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming, especially Simonetta and, above everyone else, Pantelis! Pantelis truly made our experience special and memorable. Big thank you to the entire team and we hope to come back.

Let's start from the good - as almost everyone mentions, the service is (mostly) great. The beach area is great as well. Resort is quiet and nice, Breakfast is ok+. And now let's talk about the weak spo of this hotels - the rooms! The bathroom is like from a 2-start hotel in india, not maintained, shower holder rusted, a lot of scale/limescale. Overflooding after a shower - all the floor was wet, so you couldn't go to a toilet. Another issue - our bed was so.. bad! It had a large curvature in the mattress, and the mattress itself of a very lower quality = prepare for a bad sleep if you have a problematic back (like me). I've reflected all the room problems to hotel's staff, but they refused to provide me a better/normal room, so here is for this hotel's "wonderful" service. A rental car or taxi is necessary if you want to eat outside the hotel. The next town is 30 minutes away on foot, but there is no walk there. You move along the side of the road. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 4 if you don't take a room into account, 3 or less if you do. I've visited many countries (and hotels) in my life, many of them are 5*, and I can say with confidence - a hotel that provides such a room, can't classify itself as a 5* hotel. Unfortunately, due to all these unpleasant circumstances, in case you're truly seeking for a 5* experience, I can't recommend this hotel.

Awesome Hotel Me and my daughter are super excited over our stay at Proteas Blue, very nice room with a stunning view and the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was amazing and the beach really nice with sunbeds and a beachbar nearby. Golfcars that picked us up if we wanted so. We can warmly recommend Proteas. Melissa and Lizette

The best holidays! Amazing place and all people working in this Hotel. Fantastic service and food! We enjoyed. I wish to give strong 10/10. Beautiful beach next to the hotel and fantastic swimming pool. I recommend this place.
