The property itself is awesome the people were awesome the only messed up is that when i left they charged me 400 dlrs for resort fee enviromental fees cleaning fees which they only cleaned 2 times in 10 days i was there

It was a nice small property. Only one restaurant but had a good variety of food. The food was excellent but expensive. Staff was impeccable. The outside property was nice (pools, beach, eating area). The gym was amazing, almost worth the stay. The rooms were the let down. Definitely dated, was never able to cool it down, and the water in shower did not have a consistent temperature. The rooms were very clean upon arrival,the furniture and the room itself was just a little worn down. It's hard to compete when there are hundreds of other very modern resorts near by. It didn't seem like a Hyatt standard.

Liked that it wasn’t to loud and crazy, didn’t like how difficult it is to walk down to the little space of the beach. “Very Rocky and just a little space to swim”, but what really disappointed me was at the time I checked out they gave me a a list with all the fees that I had already paid to *******. ******* should verify end specify clearly what to expect. Better off booking an all inclusive hotel elsewhere.

front staff was not accommodating despite the inconvenience we had experienced cause of the hotel. They were rude, and not professional.

I have stayed in several hotels and this is the first hotel where cleaning of the room was not done on a daily basis. Additionally, this is the first hotel were we had to pay additional charges at check out that were not covered with our original booking fees such as environmental fees and other daily charges. I felt scammed.

Hotel was overall clean. However all of the drains seemed to be clogged. Tried to take a shower but it wouldn’t drain. It would drain overnight but you would be standing in whatever dirty water and whatever was blocking the drain. This held true for the sinks too. Pretty disgusting. Also service was slow. Ate at the restaurant on site and food was cold. Almost as if it has been left out or cooked the day prior. Was like warm at best. Pretty disappointing. View was the only thing awesome about the stay. We mentioned the issues and nothing was done. Was told that Uber was unreliable and that they would arrange transportation for us. Turns out Uber was far more reliable than arranged transportation. Would rather stay elsewhere with better food selection and closer to getting to places around town. The beach was nice but stairs are falling apart and not sure if I would trust leaving anything on the beach.

The property was small and half was under construction, the dining was not very good, and the beach access was down a long stairs, we never made it to the beach. The cable in the room did not show all the channels and some only audio. At check-in the they tried to have us hear a timeshare presentation, which we did not want to do and did not attend. Will never go back or recommend that hotel.

The staff is great. We enjoyed the resorts weekday activities! The pool tables are a fun touch. We used the snorkel gear, my husband loved it. The views are amazing, the food and the drinks were delicious. The hotel food prices are US pricing. The room was huge! The only downside was asking the concierge for room service (cleaning). We were told at check in it's supposed to happen every other day. Our room was cleaned twice in the 8 days we stayed there and we had to request it to be cleaned the 7th day. The room phones also took forever to reach hotel employee's, not sure if they don't work or the staff is super busy. Otherwise everything was good. Would come back to this resort.

The staff and the food really make this place special. Such a welcoming attitude and just a super clean and beautiful small resort. Great views too.
