We went for a medical reason, initially we stayed at different hotel but we changed the hotel because our days were extended, and it was excellent staying there, everything was good (food,service, room), will sure visit again, hopefully they continue the good work🌸

The hotel is really good the staff is also excellent. They provide quality services in time. Other miscellaneous facilities are also really good. The food is also delicious. Overall the experience is really good and it is worth it to book this hotel.

Awesome hospitality, delectable food, hygienic swimming pool with divers assistance, comfortable rooms, Overall Excellent and comfortable staying here. Ms. Mandira at front desk is very helpful,cooperative and provide accurate info.

The hotel is very big with Very fast service. Various activities. Best in Guwhati. Spacious Rooms. Staff knows hindi, english, assamese, khasi etc. swimming pool was very clean, there is staff present everywhere to help you. The buffet was exquisite.

Great hotel with cosy ambiance. Awesome rooms with modern amenities, although I got aback view room with many unpleasant view and a dirty yard at the back. Must mention Ruchika (the booking lady ), Debojit (Porter), and housekeeping supervisor(forgot name) were too helpful. Restaurant had wide range of food with great taste. Awesome relaxation at ayurvedic center, they have a PS% game room. Just concern with the misconnect with restaurant and hotel front desk. when I asked them to pack few muffins for my kids for check out and on ward journey, The simply refused saying they need permission from Manager to do so. Never experienced this type of response in any of my stay at other hotels.

It was an amazing experience with wonderful amenities and great hospitality.... The infinity pool and also the game zone for the kids. The restaurant was also very good and all in house facility was superb. Overall a superb experience.. looking forward for more...

Marvellous services.... Staff is very cooperative and polite.... We advise you to open one in Shillong too..... Wonderful stay... Food is also very good n ambience was so pleasing...must say that the cleanliness and hygiene was very properly maintained
