麗晶三城歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities)

Very nice room which looks over the Columbia River. Peaceful. Below us along the river runs a 7 mile paved walking path. The hotel sets alongside a large beautiful park. For the price we had a delightful stay. Great restaurants nearby off the path.

My room was large, spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, good lighting for in-bed reading, a commodious BATHTUB, and plenty of how water. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, the breakfast room and dining area very clean.

Came to Richland due to a family member in the hospital there. Various members of our family had rooms at the hotel during the week. All the rooms we saw were clean, functional, with good basic amenities. If you can splurge, the river view rooms are well worth it. Breakfast is well stocked and maintained. Definitely enjoy breakfast outside and take in the river views. Best thing about the hotel is the staff. We have had to extend our stay through the week, and every interaction has been friendly, helpful, efficient. The front desk staff in particular have worked with us so we can be at the hospital as much as we can. Thanks to the hotel staff from our family. Definitely would stay here again.

River view room was more of a peek of the river view. Balcony was OK with an abundance of spider webs. Inside the room was spacious with comfortable pillows. Toiletries were of good quality. The room at night had too much light from various places for our liking so if you like it dark, it may be a challenge.

Check in was very slow check in time was listed at 3pm but room was not ready until 4:30. Sat in lobby for 1 1/2 hours as they couldn’t tell us when room would be ready. Forgot about our Hilton gold status.

Don't use *******. They would not refund my room charge when I realized, within one or two minutes, that I had booked the wrong day. The hotel and apparently ******* kept the money even though I had not used the room. Unable to really rate the property.

Amazing locations, very family friendly, love the service and personal. They were friendly, helping, and always available. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. The people are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We really like that it's right on the Columbia River and there is a walking path thT goes along the river.

Front desk was friendly, easy check in. Loved that the pool had plenty of clean towels available. No issues with our room or noise level.
